Central Nx — Restaurant in Mumbai

Me & Friend went to this restaurant to have food and drink. But when they serve us the I observed and informed management that this is not the food what we order for also we hadn't tasted i.e. We order for boneless barbeque chicken & he served us chicken wings. However at the same while serving food we informed captain and this all denied by saying food is prepared and you have to pay we cannot take back. Still we said okay but after tasting this wings that was so so sweet just like gulab jamun again i called captain and he said give it to me and took back and came with tremendous spicy wings. believe you can't even taste, because after tasting this i drunk almost 2 glass water and feeling like our lips are throwing fire from mouth. The same thing we informed to the restaurant owner he said sorry sir will take care next time. I asked him i will pay the whole bill except this dish this is not ny fault and our tongue taste completely changed because of this , even after saying this the owner said you have to pay the dish amount which we haven't tasted though...

I would suggest you guys if you came across such situations straight away inform management and clearly informed them whether you serve what we ordered or we will...

We Order food twice every week for 8 years..

Ordered chicken lollypop 3 days back.. they were burnt.. I did not call them back, thought I ll just share this concern on my next order..

Today I called them for another order.. Gave my order first and then shared this concern about burnt lollypop with the manager, to my surprise he started screaming that it is not possible.. he did not have the courtesy even to let me complete.. I did not ask for refund or replacement or anything, just wanted to let him know to improve his quality of food for future of his business..

In 30 seconds he said, he is very busy, call later..

It was a complete disappointment..

Shame on such hospitality..

They just lost a...

There are south indian managers for service, one of the manager is very rude and angry, he is always in drunk condition. When we go there for dinner and cocktails, he abuse(passing bad comments) one of us lady in that drunk condition, that after when we asking why you passed the comments, then he actually called his kitchen staff for fighting with us, but we has ladies with us that is why we moved from there. After all this happen we filed complaint against him in Powai Police station and make him punished. So, when you want to there be careful and dont let your girls or wife there. They're behavior like a local...
