Chopssticks Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Mumbai

My delivery was cancelled 2 times, the person on the phone didn't take the address down properly the first time, I had to remind him to write the room number and I told him to take down a 2nd phone number but he cut the call, when I called no one was answering the call, he picked up the 3rd call after half an hour and tells me that I was not picking the phone and told me that the delivery boy went to the wrong address so they cancelled the order. Then he promised me that he will bring the order and come again so I waited for another 15 minutes but no call was revieved again I tried the number a few times but it's not reachable, after he picked the call he said the order is cancelled again, he told me that he came and stood near the address but I didn't pic the call. I didn't recieve a single call . If you guys have a phone problem then please keep another phone Or atleast take down another number. If you cannot take the order the don't take but don't keep a person waiting, if I had your whatsApp number I would have sent you proof of my call record. I didn't revieve...

I would strongly advice against dining at the Chopstick Chinese corner. Save yourself the disappointment & find a better Chinese restaurant elsewhere... We recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at the Chopstick chinese food corner & I must say it was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was going to be a disappointing meal. The menu was extensive but that was the only positive thing about it. We ordered triple schezwan chicken rice, expecting a classic chinese dish. What we received a laughably small potion size leaving us hungry & unsatisfied. The service was another disappointment. The waitstaff seemed disinterested. There was no attention to detail or presentation whatever. Our recent visit to Chopsticks in Vikhroli left us thoroughly disappointed. Despite having fond memories of this place and its delicious Indian Chinese cuisine, this time was a letdown. We were taken aback by the additional charge of ₹20 for Schezwan Sauce. The Veg Khow Suey soup, which had a coconut milk base, was unpleasant and tasted unappealing. While the Mongolian Chicken starter was decent, the main course recommendation of Chicken Chopsticks Special turned out to be nothing more than regular Schezwan rice with Schezwan soup found in ordinary street-side joints. This failed to live up to the promised specialty. Furthermore, the portion sizes were small and inadequate for two people. As an additional order, the chicken chili garlic fried rice was nothing more than a regular fried rice dish overloaded with excessive chilies and garlic, resulting in a disappointing experience.
