I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your restaurant and my stay at your hotel.

On [08/10/2023], me and my friend,s had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at [DELHI ZAIKA KURLA WEST MUMBAI MAHARASHTRA], which was a highly anticipated event for us. However, our expectations were far from met, and we left your establishment extremely disappointed.

The issues we encountered during our visit included:

Poor Food Quality: The quality of the food served at your restaurant was subpar. The dishes we ordered were tasteless, and it was evident that they were not prepared with fresh ingredients.

Slow Service: The service at the restaurant was excruciatingly slow. It took an unreasonably long time for our orders to be taken, and we had to wait even longer for our food to arrive at our table.

Unprofessional Staff: The behavior of the staff left much to be desired. They appeared disinterested and inattentive to our needs, which negatively impacted our dining experience. SPECIAL. Manager His talking language was very bad

Unhygienic Conditions: We also observed certain hygiene issues at the restaurant, which is particularly concerning in light of the current health situation. Tables were not properly cleaned, and social distancing measures were not enforced. As customers, we expected a much higher level of service and quality from your establishment, especially considering the reputation it holds. Unfortunately, our experience has left us with a negative impression of your restaurant

I believe that it is essential for you, as the owner, to be aware of these issues and take immediate steps to address them. I hope that you will take our feedback seriously and work towards improving the overall experience for your customers.

In light of the numerous problems we encountered, I kindly request a refund for our meal at the restaurant and a discount for our stay at the hotel. We sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure similar disappointing experiences in the future.

Hello fans and friends, hope you all are enjoying yourself in this summer heat. Hahaha.

Well, first things first. Rating this place. And it’s good.

So Delhi Zaika at Kurla has shifted to a bigger place and renovated itself into a fine dining restaurant. It has a seating capacity of about 28-30 people on the lower ground and I believe an equal amount upstairs too. I haven’t been upstairs to give you the exact and correct information about the same.

The staff has also changed. Although not well versed in English language, since the area is predominantly not so affluent and people are hard core foodies. Also, they are common people who have no ego or any airs around themselves.

We were a family of 04 people. We ordered their fried chicken pieces, which is deep fried, sprinkled with chaat masala and served with green Chutney. One of their best selling starters.

We then ordered this chicken barra tikka in Amul cream, which is a good starter by itself and you can also enjoy this dish with roti. Since I like to eat this chicken dish with roti, I ordered one for myself. My favourite comfort food is having a tanduri chicken leg with tanduri whole wheat roti. Yummy.

For the main course, we ordered chicken changezi and chicken delhi zaika’s special. Both the gravies were delicious and the portions were also good quantity. In fact we had to request them to pack these 2 gravies for us. Leftovers. We were satiated with stomach full of delicious food.

We were unable to eat their rice items. But we certainly ordered their custard for dessert. Not much of a variety here.

They have a cast menu and also offer Indo-Chinese cuisine. I yet have to try them here. I doubt I ever will though. As the name of the restaurant suggests, it’s typically Mughlai cuisine. Nice of them to adapt to today’s youths demand for Chinese food and SIZZLERS.

They have an outlet in Mahim which is well decorated and another one at grant road too, but it looks very shady joint. It’s not well done up, that’s why. And yes, they do have family rooms at grant road.

Food is nice and that’s important if you can overlook the minor...

One of the Best Restaurant till date.

I am a foodie and I eat at many places. Recently I came across this place Delhi Zaika in Kurla and I was awestruck. My friend took me there. So until now I have been twice in a week there. At the first instance we ordered chicken barra cream and trust me it was the most delicious one and the most creamiest one but not overloaded, infact perfectly balanced. Secondly we had Mutton Angara for the Main Course and the gravy of it was truly lajawab. They serve butter rotis which are so soft that they are equivalent to the khamiri rotis but they just rotis. I wonder how they make them so soft.

Second time when we went we ordered Amul Dahi Chicken, Prawns Tikka and Prawns Al Baik for starters. Dahi chicken was also one the best. Infact whatever I say here was genuinely the best, it might seem as a overstatement but it is true. Dahi chicken was creamy. Prawns are the most fresh they serve. I had been many times to konkan but I bet itna fresh prawns nahi khaya. The owner told that they order limited quantity so they always use fresh seafood. Prawns Al Baik comes with a unique chatni. This dish goes best with this Al Baik chatni. Again fresh prawns. Lastly we had Butter Tawa Chicken for Main course. It had a smooth creamy gravy and a different taste but again unbeatable.

I was so engrossed in eating that I didn't clicked much photos but I am planning to go soon so will click again. The restaurant has been upgraded to finest interior recently, it is generally always kind of full. Even on weekdays you see rush. I went on a Sunday and Thursday. Still the restaurant is huge and it has around 180 seating capacity. They have special set up for the family called DasterKhan. The quantities they serve is always huge. So they are good on quality and quantity. Parking is not a problem they have valet. I will go next time and post more reviews and...
