I thought, I would be the only to write a poor review for the experience, but it seems everyone around is unhappy. Though very ecstatic that the outlet was stone throw away distance from my house, the service is very dissatisfying. The ordeal begins with me placing an order and only to be told that, we only accept cash or gpay. Since neither of the two were available at my disposal, I insisted on card payment which gets debited from my account however, is not credited into theirs so I need to make a payment again the reason being network issues. I placed an order for a certain type of pizza and upon coming home I get another order in my box. The replacement took another 20 mins. The atmosphere around the outlet is very unfriendly. The main issue here is the staff and the service with the riders—there's just no coordination. It’s a total mess. Recently, I called the store to check on my order because 20 minutes had passed. They told me the rider had already left, so I waited another 10 minutes, went out to the gate to meet him, but he didn’t answer his phone. Instead, he was at my door ringing the bell. When I asked him what was up, he said, “My friend has my phone.” He didn’t even listen to me and just dropped off the order and left. Super rude!
