Domino's Pizza | Kandivali West, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I regret to say that my experience with Domino's Pizza located at Kandivali West was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order via the Domino's app at 9:00 PM, expecting a timely delivery. However, the delivery did not arrive until 10:15 PM, and to my dismay, the assigned delivery agent had his phone switched off, making communication impossible.

Upon visiting the store to inquire about the delay, I was shocked to find the store manager not even in uniform. I have attached a picture for reference; the man in the green T-shirt is supposedly the store manager. Furthermore, another staff member, responsible for handling delivery queries, was neglecting his duties by engaging in personal phone calls with his girlfriend.

After waiting for an additional 20 minutes at the store, I was informed that my order would take even longer, prompting a refund. However, the most concerning aspect of my visit was the complete disregard for hygiene observed among the delivery agents. They walked into the kitchen without washing their hands, and were seen grabbing bites without any regard for sanitation.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and raised concerns about the delay and hygiene standards, I was met with a shocking and threatening response from the staff. They suggested that I could be physically assaulted for questioning the service and even implied that it was acceptable to slap the delivery agent if he was late.

This behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Domino's Pizza. When I requested the contact information for the store owner, I was met with further defiance and intimidation, with the staff stating that complaints would have no consequences and implying that they were above accountability.

In summary, I strongly advise against patronizing Domino's Pizza at Kandivali West. The poor service, threats of violence, and abysmal hygiene standards make it an unsafe and unwelcoming establishment. It is evident that the owner of the store is either unable or unwilling to address these issues, which raises serious concerns about the management and integrity of the entire franchise.

Please heed this warning and avoid this Domino's Pizza location at all costs. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are not worth risking for...

Late by an hour and Rude customer service.

1. firstly the closet branch from my place is the one in Charkop , but my order was placed in the mg road branch.

2. I placed the order at 730pm to be delivered by 9pm and the order didn't get delivered until 10pm.

3. before delivery I tried to call and check the status of my order at the mg road branch, the number mentioned on theirr email is not working, no one is answering the call, I must have tried atleast 5 times.

4. finally I got another number from Google maps, this is ridiculous as customer has to depend on a non dominos app for their contact details.

5. again I had to dial atleast 4 times to finally get in touch with a lady. The lady was extremely rude, unprofessional and not at all courteous, even before I could utter a word she said if it's an online order and if you've chosen asap delivery time then there is no time guarantee for today, I had to stop her in between to tell her to atleast hear out my concern. Finally she took down my order number and mobile number and then staright away transferred my call to another lady, who again took the same details and asked my concern. My concern was simple that why was my order not delivered by 9pm when I had specifically asked for a scheduled delivery. She asked me to hold and then disconnected the call. After that I tried dialing that number and it was not not answerable by anyone.

6. the order got delivered at 10pm, I asked the delivery guy to call up the branch as I demanded for a refund, even his calls went unanswered.

7. finally even the delivery guys number is not available.

8. After one hour late delivery, the pizza was cold and soggy.

This is one of my worst experiences amongst several others with dominos. Never again Dominos ! Never again.

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE.

I'm awaiting a call from the branch managers Shankar and Jaiprakash Jaiswal. Update :- Never got any call.

I have also emailed dominos giving them the same...

Placed an order for 2 medium pizzas on the toll free number @ 22:37. Waited for 40 mins only to recieve a call from the deliver guy mentioning that my address does not fall in their jurisdiction..and that my order would be transferred to a store closer to my place.. the address specified to the person taking my order was crisp and clear..link road kandivali..but somehow the person decided that the borivali branch is closer and gives the order to them..so I don't get any call from the store closer to my place confirming the order either..so I call up the toll free number again..after being on hold for 10 mins..a guy called Shivam answers the phone...I told him the entire scenario and then he tells me that my order is cancelled..so I told him that the other store promised me that the order would be transferred..to which he puts me on hold to check with the store..5 mins later he comes.back online only to tell me that the store is unreachable and we can arrange a call back in 15 to 20 mins..at this point it's already an hour since the order was placed..and then they tell me it's gonna take 15- 20 mins more to arrange a call back..so I ask to speak to his supervisor..he puts me on hold again..and again 5 mins later he comes back on to tell me the supervisor is busy on another call..a call that is apparently more important than hungry customers waiting for their food.. at this point it's been 28+ mins I was on the phone with Shivam whos favourite line is " I can arrange a call back "..but doesn't live up to his word as I didn't get a single call back from either of the stores or the customer care to apologise for...
