A Very Disappointing Experience
I came to this hotel after seeing good Google ratings, but my experience was very upsetting. Here's what went wrong:
Dirty Tables: The tables in the AC room were messy and not cleaned properly.
Rude Staff: The server's attitude was terrible. He ignored us, even when we called him several times.
Poor Service: They didn’t clean the table until we asked, and we had to ask for the menu many times before they gave it to us.
Water Problem: I had to ask more than 10 times for a water bottle, and when it finally came, it tasted like tap water, even though it was labelled as bisleri water.
Food Unavailability: I ordered kabab biryani with kaju masala and butter naan. After 10 minutes, the waiter told me the biryani wasn’t available. It’s okay if something isn’t available, but the way he told me was very rude.
Constantly Asking for Basics: After that, I had to ask for the menu again many times to order something else.
The service was terrible, and the waiters treated customers poorly. For the high prices, the service was not worth it. This has been one of my worst experiences at a hotel.
I suggest the viewers not to be deceived by the reviews and ratings. You can't enjoy your meal at this restaurant and additionally you will lose the...
Read moreLocated conveniently on the main road near Ghatkopar Station and the metro exit, Radha Krishna Restaurant is a classic vegetarian eatery, Recently visited for lunch after quite some time and ordered 2 Deluxe Thalis for 3 people—a great value deal. Each thali came loaded with tomato soup, 10 puris, 5 sabzis, pulao, papad, shrikhand, dahi vada, fruit salad, and chaas. It’s more than enough for two people and offers a satisfying variety of flavors in one meal. If you're looking for comfort food in a generous portion, this checks the box.
The taste was good, on par with popular spots like Bharat Cafe, and the pricing is very reasonable. Seating is decent, offering a no-frills, functional dining space—nothing fancy but good enough for a casual lunch or dinner.
On the downside, the ambience feels a bit dated, and the cleanliness could be better maintained. The service, while polite, was noticeably slower than what one would expect from a typical Udupi-style restaurant known for quick turnaround.
All said, Radha Krishna is a dependable spot for traditional vegetarian food, especially if you’re in the area and craving a wholesome thali at a fair price. Don’t expect a modern dining experience, but for taste, value, and variety, it’s definitely...

Water glasses are served with full fingers deeped inside water Please brighten the A/C room with few more lights Use room freshners they are too smelly Also, the guy who takes order is not at all polite We asked him 2 Butter naans parcel instead he packed 6 rotis?? Above are my personal views & this is the 1st time I went there bcoz in olden days my mom & day used to go there but sadly today the hotel needs a lot of renovation & especially A/C room.
