Read moreThis must be our 10th visit and today we left the restaurant totally disappointed. The staff has changed and so has the quality of food and beverages. We used to love the ambiance, service and quality. I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the disgusting mocktail but i guess they don’t care for repeat customers. I ordered my regular Gauva mary as always with clear instructions that it has to be less spicy but i guess the bartender made it so fing spicy with loads of tobasco in it. I told the server about the same and he tells me “yeh spicy hi aata hai and im telling him ki mei yaha pe regular hu aur hamesha yeh hi mangaati hu lekin kabhi itna spicy nai banate hai” wt how can u even argue when you know its the bartenders fault. I return the drink and ask him to get it rectified but i notice that the bartender woth his pathetic attitude pours the same drink in a fresh glass and sends it back. Im so shocked with this kind of behaviour i return it back and order for another drink. Guess what the server accepts that he told the bartender that the order should be less spicy but still he made it spicy. And above all they are so shameless they charge for the drink which was returned back which no one could sip or else would end up with serious acidity.
Totally disgusting attitude of the bartender.Neither did the manager bother to speak to us. Not going back again.
Your bartender needs to learn manners and change his...
Read moreGood variety, tasty food
Strong reputation for both starters and mains. Dishes like Chicken dum Biryani, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Lollipop, black paper tandoori
Veg options are liked too (Paneer dishes, Veg Biryani, saute vegitable etc.).
Ambience & Space
Many reviews praise the ambience: cozy, decent interiors, comfortable low seating.
Good lighting and seating but very loud music.
Service / Staff
Staff are generally polite and attentive. Many mention good customer service.
Ambience + helpful staff make it nice for evening outings.
Good quantity and price.I believe the food quality justifies the cost, especially for what you get.
Ideal cost for two is around ₹1,000
The place tends to get crowded, especially on weekends and in peak hours (evenings)
feel certain items are overpriced for the portion sizes.
Noise / Atmosphere
Because it's a bar + dining place, on busy nights or weekends it can get loud. Not best if you want a quiet dinner.
Overall Impression
Shloka is considered a solid choice for a casual evening out. It has good food, especially if you like North Indian/non-veg + bar food. Ambience is decent. The experience is best if you go a bit early (to avoid crowd), or expect some wait.
If I were to rate it roughly from these reviews, it would be about 4 out of 5 — good value, enjoyable, though not perfect in consistency and service...
