When I saw the hotel I thought it was good but when I entered the hotel the door keeper said beer 500 ka hai ,when I refused for the water bottle the server started jugging me on our clothes when we ordered the food was good to eat 😋 when it's time for bill the server present me the bill and ask for tip and said hamara tip ke hi chalta hai sab . When I paid only the bill and not the tip .The waiter said Tip diyechi aste saheb ,then my friend paid the Tip l to the server... When we are leaving at that time the door keeper also asks for tips...

The ambiance was good and the atmosphere was great and food was yummy and I felt like all were professional but this way of working is not good .This will improve then the hotel will get great reviews.

I want to visit this hotel ,but because of such an experience I will not...

Really disappointed with the services….We have asked for Schezwan Prawns dry in started as because of some reason I don’t eat chicken. After few minutes order had reached to our table …before waiter puts to in my plate I have asked couple of times is it chicken or prawns …where as waiter did confirmed me that it’s a prawns n not chicken ….on a note I had wot he had served in my plate ….with in one bite I got to know that it’s a chicken n not prawns … I immediately put in notice of hotel staff ..,.all though they have apologise to me couple of times but damage is done …I hv paying medical bills because of the hotel team negligence…

Have not recommend this place to any one ……please don’t visit this place if u have any...
