Hotel Sadguru — Restaurant in Mumbai

Food taste and quility is very good but they have to take more than 30 minutes each orders this is only a week point rest all very good. Again I have really bad experience, For walk in customers there is really 3rd class services staff is also very careless didnt heard customers orders, always wearing earphone , I was waiting more than 40min.for just fried rice but they peoples are only concerned only online orders. I saw one customer asking for water but they didnt hear because of earphone, I feel very bad .I suggested everyone dont go hear. Hotel only focus on online orders. For walk in customers...

This is fraud hotel and no manners regarding how to talk with customers. There quality and higiene issue. Counter person is fully clusmy ( Bevda) which mean he took alcohol and worked in hotel. So if you order something then we can't assure same will be come in table or parsal. Whater he will serve to people which is 3rd class quality food. Be careful with this type of hotels...
