The Best Hotel I have ever visited since 2015 at Wadala. The worst behaviour of staffs and cashier I have ever received. It's 9th Jan.2020 I visited this Hotel at 9:30pm and ordered my food. I was about to have my food one staff started sweeping the upper floor and ground too. When I tried to stop not to sweep while guests are having their food. He started saying it's time to close and I have to sweep floor now, literally I was surprised to heard this while there were guests on 4 tables. The staff didn't stop sweeping and when I went to request the person on cash counter he said sir it's time to close let him do his work. I just surprised who will have their food when the cleaning is on and that's to sweeping.
After requesting the Hotel Staff non of them replied me positively. So I request to all not to visit Vishnu Hotel once. Just think "jab ye log customer khate time jhaddu marte he to khana jahan banate honge kya condition maintain karte honge, just think of their Hygiene." I request the owner, dear Sir I have been a regular customer of yours since 2015 and when I found such treatment I would never suggest any of my friends or family members to visit you.
Khali Hotel ka infrastructure chaka chak rakhne se business nahin hota but TRAIN ur staffs how to behave with guests and especially your CASHIER who is a stupid fellow u r keeping who was supposed to present Vishnu reputation in a proper manner. So kindly READ ALL THE LINES AND DECIDE WISELY.

Read moreI would like to share my recent experience at Hotel Vishnu aka Vishnu Express restaurant, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed.
I had ordered a Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa, but what was served to me was not what I expected based on the standard preparation of this dish that I’ve had at other hotels/restaurants. I politely informed the hotel guy about the issue, to which he responded that this is how Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa is served at your restaurant.
Still unsure, I approached the lady at the counter and very humbly and explained the situation, even showing her a photo of what was served. Her response, however, was surprisingly dismissive and rude. Instead of understanding the concern or offering a courteous explanation, she said very rudely that "we are very up to date, and customers need to update themselves." I found this response not only unprofessional but quite arrogant.
As a customer, I believe respectful communication and a basic level of customer service are essential, especially when feedback is shared politely. I paid the bill and left, but the entire experience left me genuinely disappointed.
