Very shocking and irresponsible behavior from managing staff. Had booked terrace area for a pool party n paid 100% advance 10 days prior. . Yet on the day of the event, when it was about to start, came to know pool was dirty and hadn't been cleansed.
Upon enquiring at reception, all were simply pushing the matter one another and no one cud stand up to take responsibility. Worst part, upon connecting to the club secretary (Mr. OMPRAKASH) for this matter, I got a response that cleaning wont happen until next couple of hours as person has gone right now to fetch chlorine and I could seek refund and cancel the event if I wanted to.
What do they think of themselves????
Are you out of your mind or you think just by refunding amount, you can cover your mistake?
How do you expect to cancel last minute when event is about to begin???
Weren't you aware that an event has been booked for which 100% payment is taken and pool needs to be cleaned for the same??
Is this the level of responsibility you or your team carries. Not even a single person was concerned about this n it all seemed too casual for them.
Had to go ahead with the pool party as everyone had arrived ( except fo your cleaner who came at 7.15pm instead of 5.30pm as committed to me.
Worst is they couldn't even provide a relispray for a kid whose leg was sprained. They kept saying we are getting it for over 10 minutes and finally said we don't have it anymore.
Can this club not afford a 100 rupee relispray as well????

I felt embarrassed and ashamed to have booked this venue for our event.
Only Nectars ( in house restaurant) team was courteous and prompt with their food n service which saved my face to an extent.
Strongly DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing because of the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist and some staff members who seevrely lack professionalism and customer retention.
On one occasion some 3-4 months back during heavy rains, I was left stranded at the entrance with my car because the parking gate was shut and no watchman was present. There was another car parked blocking the entrace of the parking and there was no way to park the car near the gate as it would have caused nuisance to others. we opened the gate ourselves but struggled with where to park the car. Despite clearly seeing the situation stading on the main door of the club, the receptionist refused to offer any assistance or even call someone to guide us. Instead, I had to leave my car outside and then walk in the rain to enter the club, and ended up drenched while entering the club for an event. Later, I saw the same receptionist casually sitting with the watchman he had claimed was unavailable.
On another occasion, when I visited with a friend to enquire about the club’s sports activities and fees, his attitude was dismissive. He simply told us to “read the circular” and refused to answer any questions, even when we had doubts after reading the notice. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, he was curt and arrogant — an attitude unbecoming of the first point of contact for a members’ club.
The club facilities may be good, but this kind of customer-facing behaviour reflects very poorly on the institution. Members and visitors expect courtesy, guidance, and respect, not indifference and attitude.
Unless the management takes steps to train or replace such staff, I cant whole heartedly recommend Wadala...

We set and then they served water after 30 mnts . reason was told that they were having shortage of glass. 4 glasses were coming after every 10 mnts. After requesting and complaining , they were telling that glasses are short and staff are short. Service boy were telling that don’t give compliments. I approached one senior and asked him for glasses. He told then sending 2 boy for your table in 2 mnts. That 2 mnts never came only. Few from us were Jain and placed order of Jain food , they were sending non Jain food. We were really thirsty due to season. Food quality was o k o k. Butter milk were taking 30 mnts to come. After placing orders of food ,I asked them that when it will come. Boy showed that’s it’s kept on other table ( was kept since 15 mnts , may be to serve chilled) .I asked them to serve , he smiled and politely said sure and he served. No tissue papers , salt, pepper and spoon. Everything was coming after 3 to 4 time requests. We asked one senior about reason for 3 rd grade services, he cold blooded ways told that go and complain.
