Jack and Jill Foods- Food Truck — Restaurant in Mumbai

Jack and Jill Foods is food truck started by Brother Sister Duo near the Byculla Station on the west side. The Food Truck has got their own specialised non vegetarian menu and few vegetarian options available too.

They have got their own version of Shawramas made out of tikka which is really worthy here.

There is limited seating arrangement around food truck. Also they have live tandoor on the truck. Food quality and taste is assured and got good hands on it.

Tried Pahadi Tikka Shawrama comes in green base tikka. Chicken Tikka got really good marination and flavours too along with juicy tender chicken used. Mild spice tikka added to well toasted pita bread along with sauces, green chutney and veggies. Sweet and spice flavours balances out really well together. Also enough quantity of tikka added to Shawrama.

Chicken Sheekh Shawrama comes as good spicy version of shawrama. Again chicken was good juicy and tender. Sheekh well tandoor and right amount of tikka added to Shawrama. Unlike other Shawrama this one has got regular green and also spicy red chutney made of chilli garlic base. Tandoori Mayonnaise added extra flavours to Shawarma as well.

Tandoori Vada Pav has got little twist to regular Vada Pav. Here at the food truck they toast the Pav on regular Charcoal Griller to give good tandoor feel and flavour. Vada inside has good true flavours with right amount of spices which goes well with sauces and veggies added. They also add tandoori mayonnaise to the vada pav along with regular vada and veggies.

Veg Cheese Burger is another veg option on their menu. Soft and slightly toasted burger buns along with crisp patty. Patty has got good amount of veggies and seasonings as well. Portion size is appropriate and sufficient for single serving.

Overall this food truck is really promising with respect to their food quality and taste. Certainly recommended some good...
