Treebo Amber Imperial — Hotel in Mumbai

The room was too small. The bathroom was too small to even close the door properly after walking in. The walls had weird stains on them. There was visible water damage on the walls. The chair was broken and I almost hit my head on the floor falling backwards. The kettle was filthy and had some gunk in it. What you see in the picture is not rust, it's literal residue from someone trying to boil milk in it I assume which got burnt and got stuck to the bottom. There was no telephone in the room, how am I supposed to even call the reception or room service? The TV wasn't working. The AC would randomly shut off. The ceiling fan was shaking when turned on as if it's gonna fall apart. Last but not least, this is not "next to Amber Imperial", this is the same hotel that is run under two different names, Amber Imperial and Skylink Hospitality.

Trebo Trend Amber Imperial hotel is certainly not worth the price. It's 5 story hotel but seems like worst of the rooms allowed to Treebo customers. Positives: On arrival given refreshing orange drink, the room and toilet was very clean. Staff is polite. Breakfast was tasty, served hot and decent variety. Ambience - 2 Location - 3 Accessibility - 4 Cleanliness - 4 Service - 2 The location is at the entrance of Byculla vegetable market, opposite to Byculla zoo and shares wall with S bridge or Mandalik bridge. Negatives: I felt like my room was just like a barrack. The room was triangular just enough for 2 ppl and toilet was just 3x5 and very much conjusted. It's not recommended for family.
