Kitchen Garden One Indiabulls — Restaurant in Mumbai

This review is for their outlet at One International Center (Tower 1, Ground Floor)... and NOT the one @ 1 India Bulls. Mentioning my experiences here as there is no separate entry for this particular outlet on Google*

Have been to this outlet 3-4 times and following is my summary 👇

FOOD & DRINKS - Quality is good. No 2 ways about that !

FOOD & DRINKS - QUANTITY is PATHETIC .... ESP. for the prices that are charged. One has to ACTUALLY see it to believe the amount of food given. Result ? I have to ACTUALLY GO HUNGRY , after spending not even a bomb....but a NUCLEAR BOMB ! Even sparrows would starve after eating here.

Quantity of food given is worth 5 bucks... while they charge anywhere between 400-600 bucks on an average!

SERVICE - The staff in general at this outlet tends to be lethargic & disinterested, at best. They require a kick to get them working.

THE ONLY SILVER LINING in the cloud out here is the Captain - Ms. Sunitha. Her professionalism, energy, courtesy, friendliness & customer- focused - ness is SIMPLY AMAZING ! She'd be an asset to ANY organisation that employs her 👍

FINAL OBSERVATION - You are an eatery. If a patron is going hungry even after spending so much, it's a slap on your face !

This place is strictly avoidable. Highly recommended to go to other establishments within One International Center, like Starbucks, etc. , where you get much better portion sizes for the...

It is in an commercial complex hence the cafe is in the lobby with seating space. The service is quick & everyone serves & talks with a smile on their face at all times. We came with an intention to order 2 dishes & coffees but ended up overeating. Avocado on toast (sourdough bread with feta) Warm bowl with paneer , black rice, quinoa etc Ciabatta multigrain bread roasted veggies sandwich Madeline & banana walnut chocolate cake slice Everything was so fresh & yummy , it lacked seasoning but I guess it is on purpose as they want the ingredients to retain its original taste.

One must surely visit this place , just one thing I thought the cappuccino could be more strong as it tasted milky even though it had double espresso shot & also that it is on an expensive side.

I am a Suzette fan...

When u don't have resources available,you shouldn't accept the order,I placed an corporate order.,which got delayed because of unavailability of resources for that order and still after doing followup with restaurant,where they kept on making false commitment of sending the order.thru took 1 hr nd 40 mins fr the order to just get ready. If u don't understand the importance of getting the order ready on tym fr delivery.do not accept such big orders.whose going to compensate for this delay. Not ur team...
