Must visit if you miss dining at a relatives house where you are not welcome. God bless the restaurant / franchisee owner with such a staff.
Absolutely pathetic behaviour by the lady on counter. Visited today (9th September) around 12:40-12:45 and requested the disinterested lady who was busy with her phone to either reduce the air temperature or change the swing (we were the only customers present and hence the request).
The lady ignored us thrice and pretended to not hear us (in the roughly 150-200 sq ft outlet) and when we tried to speak up a little louder (assuming either of us had a hearing problem) she informed us that she wont do it and asked us to do it for ourselves if we had a problem (too polite for a hospitality lady on the counter :D)
When one of our colleagues obliged her request and stood up to change the swing, she saw the lady at the counter busy with some very important personal work (more important than attending to a customer) ignoring the customer and when prompted to pay attention to customers my collegue was politely asked to mind her own business and that she wont switch off the AC.
When we called for the restaurant manager, we were humbly informed by this polite lady that manager is not there and that our order would be taken only once the manager is available (Such polite behaviour restores my faith on hospitality business).
When confronted she moved in and hearing the conversation couple of kitchen staff came to understand the situation and did offer an acknowledgement of the unruly behaviour by the staff and when we threatened to take this up to Sonam Nagdev and Shashikant Jagtiani, she came out to help us understand how we were wrong and why she was right all this while (Eventually offering a half-hearted apology covered by a sweet sprinkle of rudeness and disregard.
We eventually moved out to never return again and make sure we make few not so good friends to send them here to experience what we experienced.
Will probably write to Sanam Kapoor too so that he knows how his brand name is ruined by some employee working with their franchise.
Hope all the good luck to the unfortunate owners of this outlet as probably they would have lost many customers in the past too due to this...
Read moreThe Food Experience: Highs and Lows I visited this outlet for the first time in person and placed an order for White Sauce Pasta, a Large Garden Special Pizza, and a Garlic Bread for takeaway.
The Garden Special Pizza: This was the absolute highlight of the visit, scoring a solid 4 out of 5. The pizza tasted really, really good. Everything felt fresh and was put together perfectly.
The Garlic Bread: Even after some time had passed, the garlic bread did not dry out, which was a definite plus. It gets a 3 out of 5.
The White Sauce Pasta: We started with this, and it was disappointing. The sauce lacked flavour, and while it was expectedly dosed with mozzarella cheese (it is a pizza joint, after all), the flavour profile was weak, earning a 2.5 out of 5.
Environment and Staff: The Major Problem While the food was good, the dine-in experience was severely impacted by two major issues.
First, the restaurant was unfortunately full of live flies, with at least 10–15 flies hovering above each table. This made it virtually impossible to peacefully enjoy the food.
Second, and most critically, was the staff. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking; there was an undeniable air of toxicity, including female coworkers hurling abuses toward one another. The store manager appeared to have no control whatsoever, even after repeatedly requesting the staff to maintain discipline because customers were present. This clear lack of discipline and leadership led to the worst experience I've ever had in a pizza shop. Eating there with my friend was a deeply uneasy experience.
Overall Verdict The kitchen team at La Pino'z Lower Parel clearly knows how to make a very tasty pizza, offering excellent food quality. However, the experience is completely ruined by the unhygienic environment and the toxic, unprofessional behaviour of the staff. I would never visit this particular outlet in person again and strongly recommend takeaway or online...

La Pino’z Pizza is a great spot for pizza lovers who enjoy generous toppings, cheesy goodness, and a variety of flavors. The menu offers a wide range of options, from classic Margherita to loaded specialty pizzas with a desi twist. Their cheese burst crust is a must-try, and the portion sizes are quite filling.
The ambiance is casual and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The service is usually quick, but it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Pricing is reasonable for the quality and portion size.
Overall, if you’re craving a flavorful, cheesy pizza experience, La Pino’z is a solid choice! Would definitely recommend it for a casual...
