Mastermind Bicycle Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

It was a terrible experience. When we came in, the entire restaurant was booked except for 1 reserved table, which the manager managed to give us. Things started going downhill right from the time we started ordering. Firstly, we were not served/asked for water. We ordered for soup & a burger. After 20 mins, when soup came in, the waiter got it as 1 by 2, inspite of us asking that way. There were no cutlery & tissues given. Upon asking we got them. Then we waited for another 35-40 mins, upon asking the waiter for the burger, he finally got it. We started eating, after two bites, we saw the two and the only waiters started discussing among themselves and they had one more plate of burgers, they got confused whether they had given me the right dish. We stopped eating and questioned them whether what they served was a vegetarian dish. As the place served veg as well as non-veg dishes, we got skeptical of the dish that was on the table. The waiter went to the chef asked him the name of the dish that was served to us, told us that not to worry it's Garden Fresh Burger and it is veg for sure. Upon checking their menu again, there was no Garden Fresh Burger listed. We called the manager, he too tried to reassure us that the dish served was indeed veg, but how do we trust them when the waiters were so confused. The manager then said if u don't trust me, I can't do anything about it. We stormed out of the place instantly upon seeing their response level and such inanimate behaviour. The owner kept looking all this and did not even come to us to handle the situation.

Never go to this place, their service is pathetic, manager is unprofessional, you will never know what is...

So we visited this cutest cafe recently. Let me mention some of the highlights:

✨ Ambience: This cafe is a cycle based theme cafe and it's dedicated to the cyclists. The seating arrangement is good and quite spacious. The dining table is also unique and has some attractive glasses.

✨Food:

😋Cafe Cubano: The right amount of brewed coffee. Enjoyed this little coffee alongwith the biscuit.

😋Onion Rings with Smoky Dip: The onion rings had the right amount of crisp Loved the texture. The Dip was also good.

😋Corn Cheeseballs: All-time favourite appetizer. It was a decorative one here.

😋Turkish Pizza: This Pizza was the hero of all. Loved the minced chicken and the flavorful stuffing. It was so tempting that we really thought of ordering it again. The crust was also really good.

😋Mac and Cheese Pasta: Yummiest Pasta with the garlic bread.

😋Fried Chicken Po'Boy Sandwich: Another yum recipe of chicken stuffing served with potato wedges and salad.

✨Value For Money: The food is at a reasonable and affordable rates.

I recently visited Mastermind Bicycle Cafe & Bar for brunch and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The ambiance here is relaxed, with bicycle decor. The lighting and seating arrangements create a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff at the Cafe were attentive. Their prompt service added to the overall positive experience. Their menu is diverse and creative. I enjoyed exploring the different options, especially the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Garlic Mash. Each dish showcased exceptional taste and presentation. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Popcorn with Garlic Aioli. I finished the meal with a large piece of Tiramisu and it was definitely their standout dish. Considering the quality and quantity of the food, the prices were reasonable. The Cafe's cleanliness was noteworthy, including the restrooms. A well-maintained environment always contributes positively to the dining experience.
