Cakes N Chemistry - Custom Cakes & Bakery — Restaurant in Mumbai

Cakes and Chemistry (CnC) is a small Cafe with two floors,the ground comprises of their counter and kitchen while the upper makes the seating area. They have a couple of comfy chairs and also a diwan where in you could fold your legs and enjoy your time. On the shelves you find some board games to get your hands on while you wait for your order to come in. As this Cafe was started during the World Cup,you shall find pictures of cricketers and dishes influenced by cricket / tricolour on the menu. They’ve also been adding new delicacies overtime.

No more talking ,let’s head straight to what we had here.

Beginning with the beverages\

-Blueberry Mojito This was something new and it tastes really refreshing. The blueberry, lemon and mint gets a big thumbs up from us. It’s also got blueberries at the bottom. Recommended 👍

Orange Caprioska Orange is combined with lime and mint giving a refreshing flavour. They have made sure the citrus isn’t overpowering. It’s got lime zest at the bottom.

Strawberry Ice Tea The ice tea is got a beautiful strawberry flavour infused.👍

Pinacolada This one’s beautifully presented. The coconut flavour was a bit overpowering.

Fruit Punch A sweet drink with a combination of a couple fruits. It’s got a pink colour with an artistic fruit topping.

What we munched 😛 Fries with Masala Cheese The fries come in a cart with a Cheese dip alongside thus preventing the fries from getting soggy. Thumbs up for the fries😜👍

Jaisalmer Masala Paneer Toast This open sandwich has a fresh flavour of herbs and they’ve loaded it with lots of paneer. The bread was fresh too. A good dish👍

Morocob Shot (Burger) Three burgers miniature version served along with fries. The Patty is made of paneer and it’s got lettuce and mayo in it. (4 shown for presentation purpose)

Garden Fresh Pizza It’s a pizza topped with veggies. We felt it needs some more topping on.

Lebanese Chilly Kofte Pizza This looks amazing. The Koftes are made out of chillies but isn’t spicy at all. It’s cheesy too.

Burmese Curry Rice Hands down on this one. The Curry is got a lovely flavour composition and the Basmati Rice is perfectly cooked. A must have here👍👍

Burnt Butter Alfredo (white sauce) A creamy pasta with topped veggies. The pasta is cooked perfect and tastes CnC aaye and desserts nai khaye toh Kya khak CnC aaye! 😝

Blueberry Cheese Cake We like the Blueberry jelly and the chocolate mud between the cheesecake.

Rasmalai Pastry This is one of their inventions. We expected this to be too sweet( Rasmalai’s in there! ) But they’ve managed to get a lovely flavour. Try this out👍

Belgium Chocolate Pastry This cake is very moist and creamy. The Golden dust makes it look magical😍

Chocolate Cassata Cassata is mixture of nuts and fruit syrup and so was this. It was moist and getting the crunchy nuts enhanced the flavour.👍

Chocolate Ultimate Freakshake. This is what heaven looks like😍 It’s got Kitkat, 5 star, gems , chocolate cupcake , Ferrero Rosher, whipped cream and a million chocolate chips! The Nutella shake inside is thick and yummy.Must have here👍

The staff here is friendly and knows what they serve well. They make sure they deliver quality service to their customers. We had a really fun time here playing around and trying...

Cakes and Chemistry - A wonderful outlet at Devidayal Road, Mulund west. Don't go with the name, along with outstanding cakes and pastries this place serves a lot more interesting things. The ambience is amazing with lightings and perfect seating arrangement. The food is absolutely superb and because of that I have visited this place many times. You also get Jain food items over here which is great. Jain People can enjoy their food over here which is amazing.

➡️White Chocolate Strawberry - A hot chocolate made of strawberry and white chocolate. Superb Combo and tastes awesome. You can definitely start your course with this.

➡️CnC Special Ultimate Nachos - As mentioned, it is Special 🙈 Plate full of nachos with salsa, baked beans, peppers, olives and cheese. The special dish never goes wrong and it tastes amazing

➡️Cheesy Dabeli - A cheese bomb made of bread and stuffed with mashed potato and cheese. It is served with melted cheese sauce having the classic Dabeli masala in it. Something new concept. Looks amazing and taste yumm ❤️

➡️Cheesy Burger Shots - Mini size burger with vrisp bread and perfectly cooked tikki with loads of cheese😍 It is served with fries and salsa sauce. When you can't have those big bites of big burgers, try this. Amazing in taste and looks awesome.

➡️Bun bhaji - Another new concept which gives new look to our traditional pav bhaji. The bhaji is made in a classic way with perfect masala and spiciness. Instead of Pav, the baked buns are used which are very light and soft. It is served with crushes masala papad and slices of onion. For all the people who don't eat Chinese, Italian stuff, this is a perfect dish to have🙌🏻

Freakshakes.... If you don't try any one of their freak shakes, then you are missing a lot over there. They have wonderful collection of Freakshakes which will put you in confusion that which one to order. Well I have tried the below two ➡️Mango Freakshake - Thickest shake ever tried. It contains full 2 piece of Hapus Aam and topped with whipped cream and small mango pieces and a slice on top of it. ➡️ Ultimate Chocolate Freakshake - Contains 6-7 scoops of ice cream and topped with Nutella on which a various chocolates are present like fererro rocher, five star, a small muffin, gems, choco stick etc. You must definitely try out ❤️❤️

➡️Mangi mousse - Soft Mango mousse is served in small portion on the small cute spoons and topeed with cherry. The bottom is filled with mango pieces and syrup. Perfectly sweetened and awesome in taste.

Well this is a very little that I have written. There are more varieties of the above mentioned dishes and also many new dishes to try out. By far this is one of the best place that I have...

Cakes N chemistry is indeed one of the best places I have visited so far in Mulund. Let it be the food , the ambience or the service, Everything about cakes N chemistry is nice. It is located around 800 m from station.. Taking a Rick from Mulund station is very convenient. It is a two floors cafe with the bottom floor as the kitchen and the cakes (they have a cakeshop +cafe) and the above floor as a cafe.. The ambience is decorated by the owner itself.. and Trust me it is fantastic ❤️😍.. One great place for dating.. and also for a friends outling plan .. Taking about food I tried several dishes that I tried and I loved

🔽Mocktails ⏺️Blueberry Mojito :- It really had blueberry in the bottom and they drink was sweet and sour ... Quite refreshing.

⏺️Spicy Guava :- Perfect texture , and yes it tasted like real guava with chilly powder.

⏺️Bubble gum frappe The taste was Soo like a Bubble gum.. This drink was out of the box.. Way different than anything I tried . I loved the taste.. and even the concept

⏺️Chocolate frappe : Was served in bulb like glasses.. It was good ,it was good.

⏺️Mocha frappe:- The taste was really coming out and was served in a bulb like glass..

🔽 Food item ⏺️Customised Nachos:- The Nacho's were catchy for eyes and good at taste as well.. It had a hint of salsa sauce and many finely chopped veggies like capsicum .. It was great at this price.

⏺️Paneer Bhurji Maggi Paneer is loved by all and Maggi paneer yes a good treat to your taste buds.

⏺️Paneer Slider Burger Shots:- The taste was mind blowing and yes I felt it little less on quantity but yes taste wise it was great.

⏺️Harissa Spice Cheese Bomb:- Highly Recommended.. The potatoes were mashed and placed inside a burger like bun and (literally) dipped cheese sauce.. It was amazing

⏺️Mexican Bean Rice:- I personal love rice and getting these kinds of things in cafe is really appreciable.. The taste of beans was great.

⏺️Burn Butter Alfredo:- Perfection is what I can say, The sauce was think and the taste of pasta was the way it is named buttery!

⏺️Bun garlic bhaji:- We all need something Desi in a cafe.. This is perfect one .. It tastes exactly like pav bhaji but the pav is replaced with a special bun and the bun is sooooo buttery ❤️😍😍. Highly Recommended

🔽cakes and Desserts ⏺️Pan freakshake :- The pan freakshake was one amazing thing I had and the concept of freakshake with pan was totally different.. But it was good.. If the taste of paan was more enhances it would have been amazing.
