McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had ordered food and after finishing it I was sitting with my friend. The McD lady name Komal came to our table and asked us to get up. We were yet sitting for a couple of minutes and she came back again telling us to get up. I asked what was the reason of her to tell us to get up from the table and leave. Komal said that there were customers waiting and there was no place at the outlet. I showed her 2-3 empty tables and told her that there's place around, the customer can have a seat there even. Komal then replied saying that she thought the cafe was too full so she told us to get up. I told n showed her many tables where people were only sitting and hadn't ordered a thing and asked her if she had even told them the same or no. Komal then told me that she has no time to talk to me and had to take orders from other customers. I got angry and asked her if it's that way they speak to customers. Komal said that she cannot waste her time talking to me if I want I can talk to the manager. The manager came n did nothing . I lost my patience there and told that I can sue their case by putting everything on zomato. The lady manager then kept quiet and moved aside. Komal yet continued with her bad way of talking. She said that McDonald's isn't a place for doing timepass.Just to cover up her mistake n the way she talked n treated us she was using our words on us . She also told my friend that he cannot control me. He told Komal that she's crossing her limits. I and my friend, we both left from the place. I was very disrespected by Komal and the lady manager. Still we called the manager to talk to us they made us wait for more than 10 mins but that manager didn't come n wasted our time and this is the second time we've been treated like this n told to leave from the same outlet. We customers pay them for what and in return we get this arrogant and ill-mannered behavior from the staff, Who talks to the customers with such an arrogance...
