As much I fell in love with the food I was really disappointed with the wait staff. Ordered my food which took a decent amount of time to come after it was served I had to wait another five minutes for them to serve me the cutlery. What was shocking that the waiter was serving cutlery to other tables when their food hadn't even arrived, and my table with the food on it he was just running past without even noticing that I am waiting for him to give me the cutlery. . Finally I had to go to the kitchen and ask them to give me a fork and a knife. I was wondering if you guys charge for admiring the food or actually tasting it. Anyways after all this when the time for the payment of the bill came he asked me mode of payment and I promptly said I'll pay online. . .and after that I waited I guess another ten minutes for them to get me a scanner. After confronting the waiter again he blamed me that I told him I'll pay online so that's why he didn't get me the scanner. . I wanted to ask him how else I should i pay online if not through scanning the QR code please teach me.
I understand waiters are also humans and they are their for serving us and giving us a good experience and we pay them for the same. . But some of them can also spoil ones experience and give your customers reason not to visit your joint again even if the food is great. . Because in the end customer satisfaction is the most important. Not just stomach...
Read moreI've been a fan of the Imbiss outlet for a very long time. And had also rated this particular outlet as one of the best burger joints in Bombay. The burger portions are well portioned. During this visit I had a hamburger and an oinker. The hamburger was the smaller of the two burgers, with a relatively shorter stack. The flavours are balanced with the smokiness of the meat punctuated by the mustard. The hamburger is a definite 5/5 burger. The oinker is larger in portion. The first bite of the burger, sent a few components scurrying from my grip. Even after cutting the burger in two, the burger continued to fall apart. The rest of the burger was had in bits and pieces. For sloppy Joe style burgers, the Pattie should always sit at the bottom of the burger and the sloppy ingredients on top, to prevent the burger running away from the bun. The pulled pork for the burger was meat from the ribs, as compared to a more appropriate cut of meat, like the shoulder, which would not only smoke better, but would also not have the foul fat odour, usually associated with pork ribs. The oinker would get a 4 for idea , a 3 for flavour profile, but a 1.5 for technique. Overall would recommend...

It is little hard to find this spot from the outset but if you're a meat-lover then this is the place for you. This place serves cuisines like German, European, Continental, and Burger. The restaurant is old and little with restricted seating, making it somewhat tight, it has a seating plan outside the main spot, giving it a patio eating place. An ideal spot for meat lovers. Known for its huge assortment of meats, Imbiss is a paradise for meat lovers. It serves quality food with good quantity. A cluster of dishes extending from schnitzel to rabbit soup and duck. They have a more extensive assortment of meat and that is the thing that makes it so extraordinary and one of my preferred spot in Bandra. Most loved dishes : Chicken schnitzel, Signature sausage platter, Beef burger, Bacon and fries, chicken wings and my all-time favourite Baby back spare ribs, this is one of their top dishes. This can be easily shared with 2-3 people. The sauce is what makes it the best and their top-selling dish. It is glazed with smoked BBQ sauce served with a fresh...
