I recently visited McDonald's at Mumbai Central, and as always, the taste of their menu items lived up to my expectations. The consistent quality of food is something I appreciate about McDonald's.

However, the overall experience was marred by the challenging external environment. The locality outside the McDonald's outlet is quite disappointing. The presence of numerous beggars can be overwhelming, and they tend to persistently approach customers both inside and outside the restaurant. This constant annoyance detracts from the otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

On the positive side, once you step inside the McDonald's premises, the ambiance is a welcome escape from the chaos outside. The interior is clean, well-lit, and the staff is efficient in managing orders.

Her professionalism and attention to detail truly embody the essence of excellent customer service. The staff is great but the management needs improvement, I ordered two iced coffees the taste was very sour, immediately I called the staff and they agreed to replace it I liked that behaviour but then the replacement I got was this, a small paper cup filled with half ice and this time the taste was exactly how it was supposed to be , so basically I paid the full amount to get two small cups ???

Update - After the complaint the staff tried to justify that the quantity is the same in both the cups, and after showing the pictures of the amount of ice the answer given was next time you order ask for less ice , the irony being had ordered a coke right now which literally has no ice written on the invoice and the cook is full of ice. ( picture attached for reference ) So all in all they've only justified all the above complaints without proper answers.
