Unpleasant Dining Experience at Udipi Restaurant

I recently visited Udipi restaurant on two to three occasions, and unfortunately, my experiences were consistently disappointing. The overall quality of the food was unsatisfactory, and hygiene concerns were prevalent throughout my visits. On multiple occasions, I encountered human hair, flies, and ants in the food, which was extremely off-putting. Additionally, the absence of tissue papers was inconvenient, making the dining experience uncomfortable.

The most frustrating aspect of my visits was the poor customer service. When I raised these issues at the counter, the staff displayed an unresponsive and indifferent attitude, failing to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory resolution. Their lack of concern regarding the quality of their food and service was disheartening.

Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Udipi restaurant to others. I strongly advise potential patrons to consider other dining options where hygiene, food quality, and customer service are prioritized. I visited New Udipi Nikethan with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in attending to our needs.

The food, which was the main reason for my visit, was mediocre at best. The dosas were soggy, and the sambar lacked flavor. The overall quality of the food was not worth the price.

To top it off, when I was asked to provide feedback, I was offered a reward in exchange for a positive review. This felt like a blatant attempt to manipulate reviews and undermine the integrity of the feedback system.
