Piazza Napoli — Restaurant in Mumbai

Pizza Napoli is a lovely place to have Italian food like pizza and pasta. They have precised and specific menu in which in they've included ingredients they're adding. This restaurant is in parel near st. paul church in the sonas tower in Mumbai and also near to dadar and wadala. The rates of food are pocket friendly. The place is good option for vegetarians and fitness people as they also provide good salad dishes.

In appetizers we had Jalapeno Cheese Poppers 🍡 - These are favourite, They've ample of poppers in the dish. The presentation of the dish was quite impressive. Cheese Poppers were amazing in taste.

For pasta we ordered [ white sauce with cream cheese, the veggies in it were all good and fresh and fine chopped. Cream n cheese were yummy , thick just the way everyone likes.]

In pizza we had [ Napoli special Pizza with mozzarella cheese , exotic veggies and fresh basil leaves. As name only suggests all the content in pizza. The pizza was amazing in taste with crunchy base. ]

Quantity and quality of all the dishes were good. I specially like the presentations of all the dishes. Considering the pandemic conditions, this restaurant takes all the care related to that. Before entering they checked the temperatures of all the individuals. Near doar they've provided sanitizer stand. All the tables and floors were cleaned properly and place looked neat. The staff was good in behaviour and also with the service.

Talking about the ambience, it was good. On the walls different kinds of photos and posters of pizza are there. They have centralised Air conditioning system which maintained the temperature very well. Soft music in the restaurant felt good. Seating arrangements were good with clean...

Piazza Napoli (Parel)

Piazza Napoli is in Parel near the st. Paul Church in the Sonas Tower.It is well known restaurant in Parel . The ambience of the restaurant is too good and they have well maintained it . The interior of the place is simple and pleasant. The place is the best for all the vegetarians and their speciality are the salads, pizzas and pastas. Especially their Salad are too good . Mainly due to on-going pandemic situation they do take care of everything, likely they do check the temperature before entering , they sanitize the table, inall the place is well sanitized . The quality and the quantity of the food is good and the prices are reasonable . The staff members are good and they are polite , they also helped use in suggesting there the most popular dish from the menu and it was really good . And talking about the food it was really delicious

We ordered :

Napoli House Salad - The salad was too good it was tossed in the olive oil and the cottage cheese was fresh and the veggies too and the black olives were too good

BBQ Paneer Garlic Shashlik - This appetizer was too good and the BBQ sauce was nice i liked it and it was kinda different in taste and the Paneer was fresh and if you want to then you can add up the side red sauce for extra spicy

Penne cream cheese pasta - The Pennes are my favorite and the white cream cheese was too good and it was even thick not even thin it was just perfect i loved it . The veggies were cooked properly . Most of the people love the white sauce pasta only .

Napoli House Special pizza - This pizza is there speciality , ot was cheezy and had a thick crust and the topping were nicee mostly the topping were the veggies and the corn . They used the mozzarella cheese . The pizza was greatt .

You can hangout with your friends and family too . i recommend you to visit this...

MOST PATHETIC PIZZA EVERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i visited this pizza place yesterday, surprisingly i got to know that they only serve veg pizza.. disappointment no 1 Still with hopes that pizza would be great, i ordered a pasta in white sauce and a spicy Italian pizza..

SO now here it goes to my series of disappointment led to one after another.

The past came in flat paper plate with golden thin plastic covering. I mean who serves the pasta in a paper plate ??????

The cutlery was a wooden fork and a spoon, guys u serve pasta, and cant even keep steel forks and spoons, it was sooo difficult for anyone to grab a bite of pasta. i was struggling hard to have the sauce and the pasta together

4.if you ask me about the taste of pasta - it was just like any other pasta u might get on 50 rs on road, u can taste all flour and cheese used for topping wasn't even of good quality

Then the pizza came, oh god !!! the pizza smelled like garam masala in stuffed inside and some bhaji is been prepared. The pizza was served in the same paper plate.

6.The crust was so bad that u can make out the they ain't even trained to d so. On asked do they make the base, i got to know the base was a frozen one which was used.

The pasted cost around 250/- and pizza was 300/- was not even close to the price they claimed for. I couldn't even have the pizza after one bite, the italian pizza had basic ingredients as cherry tomatoes , basil, mozzarella and some bell peppers but there were no bell peppers, mozzarella was the cheap one which u get in general stores.

Staff have no idea how to greet a customer, they don't even ask for the review nor they are interested in any kind of feedback.
