Their reception is on the 5th floor, and to enter the lift I had to climb on the 5th floor and my room was on the 4th floor sadly the lift was closed the reason was that customers leave the hotel without even doing a proper check out that's why they had to lock the 4th floor lift. So If I had to go to the ground floor to use the lift I had to go to the 5th floor.
Speaking of the room where I stayed it was way spacious compare to the Hotel in Kurla. The bed was more comfortable and they had a proper headrest. Here the TV has proper dish connection so my Family could watch the cricket match.
The staff was very kind and the room service was good and I was told to make the payments for food or for the room during the checkout or one day before it. The food was really nice. And it had a lot of charging point. And hot water was properly available. The Room even has a window and proper ventilation. The market was just a step out of the hotel, even the medical stores or the bag stores or anything you name it apart from superstores was just outside the hotel.
The corns are not too many but I shall state them. Under 1 bed there was no fan as they must have had given it for repairs so only a sigh of relief was that the bed was under the AC. The hotel charged 25 for the water bottle which actually costed for 20. The bathroom structure or design was not good as when you enter the bathroom the western commode was at the entrance then the shower in the middle and then the wash basin, as I felt the wash basin should be kept first and only plus about the bathroom was that it was spacious as compare to hotel in Kurla, During the day time we could hear the wing sounds of the pigeons. It made me for the 1st time that there were rats roaming around but the fact was that there was nothing around.
Overall it is ok to stay with your family at this...
Read moreI booked delux room here, room is very small, but adequate for one person with basic needs. One towel with on soap is provided, AC is working best, TV have no subscribed channel but it is not required too. Bathroom is clean but small, no hot water geaser in it. No toilet paper, it is same as room, just for basic need. Thank god there is very small window in room beside AC and also small window in bathroom, otherwise this type of rooms rarely have window which opens in outside environment, which required for minimum ventilation. Overall somewhat satisfied with the room at this price. Good location with walking distance railway station and other...
Read moreMy experience at hotel Karishma was a horrible and a complete nightmare. The room was very small , there wasn't any place for my friend and myself to enter and stand . The bathroom was so tiny and dirty . There were bed bugs all over the room . The toilet would flood when we tried to have a shower,so much so the water from the bathroom came into the room . The receptionist were complete bastards and had alot of attitude . The housekeeping had no respect they tried to open the door whenever we were in the room . I would advice you all too please never go to this hotel . Please save yourself from all the trouble and ill treatment of...
