I stayed here for 2 nights. My check in was done early (but it is subject to availability). I came at 10am approx and the check in time was 2pm. I had an online meeting that time so they provided wifi and a palace for me to attend the meeting. The place is very close to dadar central terminus. It is situated at a very prime place just in the centre of dadar east market. So street shopping and street food is always available. The area is always lively due to the prime location. The food here is great. They don't have an in-built restaurant as such but have all the veg/non-veg food available for in-room dining. They take the last order at 1:30am as the kitchen closes at 2am. So late night food cravings are also met. The room service is also good. They pick up calls and if you ask for any service you will not have to remind them again. The staff is courteous and polite. The managers, room service staff, kitchen staff, security guard all are very helpful and guide you correctly if you are a solo traveller or are travelling for the first time. I had my checkout at 6am in the morning as I had my bus at 7am. The manager billed all my pending payments and made checkout real quick so that I could reach well in time for my bus. The hotel is very close (1.5 km approx. ) to welingkar Institute and ruia college. So if any student has their interview or needs to visit the college they should choose this Hotel. 5 full stars ⭐ to...

Location New property, well maintained Neat & hygienic housekeeping Friendly staff
Cons:
Weird check-in time: 2 PM No buffet breakfast, limited options & no 2nd serving. Taste wise very average. Price a tad bit high for a 2-star hotel. Wi-Fi is slower than 90s dial-up internet.
My friend booked in person, the advance was paid, 2 kids 3 adults, 2 rooms, 1 kid was below 10 so they agreed on not charging for an extra person. I had booked 2 different room types, but I appreciate that they upgraded the rooms to the same type and provided adjoining rooms. Also, allowed 1 hour early check-in. A limited menu is provided every night for the complimentary breakfast, which we didn't like much, had I known, I would have opted out of the complimentary breakfast. Lots of eateries around to enjoy local breakfast options. Although I had informed about my early checkout to the reception the final due wasn't ready after an hour. And no invoice was provided after the final settlement, which I too missed asking in a hurry. After more than a week of sending repeated emails, I have received the invoice in which they have charged for the extra person. So, if you plan to stay here do confirm all details at the time of check-in & insist on the invoice at checkout. An otherwise enjoyable stay brought down the overall experience due to the...
Read moreI stayed in Bawa Regency for a period of 4 days . From the day of entry , they said I would need to pay extra if I wanted the room around 12:00 noon as I reached early . This I and my friend were tired and had to get fresh in her daughter’s flat . Later went to dine there . The lunch was not great as rice was very hard . Then they let us go to the room by around 2:45 when I was supposed to be given as per the rule by 2:00 and every hotel would never give this inconvenience to any customer of theirs. I asked on the previous day of leaving whether they could extend my timing of check out , they said at the reception by 1 to 1 :30 and by the time I arrived by 1:30 they bags were just brought down in my absence after my friend telling them that I would be there within 2 mins . I was very disappointed at this treatment as they in the 1 st place after requesting for a check in at 12:00 , they refused and gave us much later as per their rules of 2:00 . I could see lot of people being able to check in before us from the dining area . On requesting for a check out a little later , they have taken my bags at the lobby without my permission. I don’t think anyone deserves such treatment. Please rethink before you book this...
