Pooja Family Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

My visit to Pooja Restaurant left much to be desired in every aspect imaginable. As I entered, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness; the floors were dirty, tables were strewn with crumbs from previous diners, and the overall ambiance was far from inviting.

The ordeal continued as I attempted to engage with the staff. Unfortunately, their demeanor was shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite my attempts at politeness, I was met with indifference and rudeness. It was evident that basic manners were sorely lacking among the employees.

The service, or lack thereof, was perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience. After being seated, I waited patiently for what felt like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged my presence. It took a full hour before our orders were taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. The staff seemed utterly unconcerned with the customers' satisfaction or comfort, making the wait feel even more interminable.

When the food finally did arrive, it was a further disappointment. The dishes lacked any semblance of freshness or flavor, leaving much to be desired in terms of quality. It was clear that little care had been put into the preparation, further highlighting the restaurant's disregard for its patrons.

In conclusion, Pooja Restaurant failed miserably in every aspect of the dining experience. From the lack of cleanliness to the disrespectful staff to the dismal service and subpar food quality, it was a truly regrettable ordeal. Hey foodies,

I know you must be waiting for today's post as it was 11 today and as you all must be knowing that. We post here on every 1-11-21-31 of every month.

Sometimes we might not get 31 but then that 31 gets replaced by 1st of next month.

Today I seriously wanted to get relieved of these hot summer breeze here in Mumbai. So I chose, to pay a visit to this famous Family Restro Bar in my viscinity. Frankly speaking this is situated in such a locality where most of the neighborhood is pure vegetarian but the food that gets served here is delicacy. And even due to this scorching summer even I wanted a glass of soothing beer.

Over here in this post you will easily get to know about the Chicken crispy chicken chilly . Schezwan dried mushrooms stuffed with cheese in it , spring rolls with the ultimate blend of capsicum and chopped veggies within. Also the chicken gold coins were must have as the spicy tender chicken within it almost melted as soon as I tried to chew it out.

They also serve CRAB TANDOORIS but to our disappoinment there were no crabs in their storage tanks to be served on our plates.

But then the rest of food that we had was amazingly good cooked.

I know todays place is not a regular food joint, but then its a local family restaurant and also at a very reasonable prices with yummy foods and munchies and starters.

We will try to get as such places where you and us can have our tummies fully satisfied with the hunger. And for that just wait until our next post and thats on coming 21st of this month until then.

Worst experience, yesterday I went to have dinner with my family ( 3 adults + 1 toddler) , the waiter or the floor manager has no sense in talking and behaving with the customers. The whole line where we were sitting was empty say 20 seats were vacant , we sat in a table which was 6 people seating . Since we had 2.4 months old baby we insisted on sitting on a sofa side , the manager came and asked to shift to the 4 sitting table. We requested that will finish the food ASAP and my kid will not be able to sit comfortably in a chair alone and he is very playful and managing will be difficult. He still insisted what he was telling us to shift to another table , then he said IF 5 people will come they will not be comfortable in eating food. I asked him why , he said because you are sitting on a 6 seating table . Guys please tell me, did he had any logic telling this statement to us ? He is worried about that 5 people who are not even there present at the restaurant and insulting us by saying that we have to shift from the table if anyone comes (that means he wants us to wake up while eating food IF SOMEONE ENTERS THE RESTAURANT and wants to sit in that particular table ) we just left the restaurant immediately looking at this kind of behaviour .
