My Friday night was supposed to be a relaxing escape, a chance to unwind after a long week. Instead, it devolved into a frustrating and disappointing experience at Club Roll Number 3481, an establishment that, based on my visit, I cannot recommend. From the moment I arrived until the bitter end, the service was abysmal, the food mediocre at best, and the overall atmosphere far from enjoyable. This review details my profoundly negative experience, hoping to prevent others from suffering a similar fate.
The first red flag was the wait. While I understand that busy establishments can experience periods of high demand, the wait time at Club Roll Number 3481 was excessive and poorly managed. There was no clear system in place for seating, leading to a chaotic scramble amongst patrons. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, offering no apologies or estimations for the wait time, leaving us standing awkwardly for a considerable period. This initial lack of attention set a negative tone for the rest of the evening.
Once finally seated, the service continued to disappoint. Our server appeared rushed and disinterested, barely making eye contact and taking our order with a palpable lack of enthusiasm. Simple requests, such as additional napkins or water refills, were met with significant delays, requiring repeated attempts to flag down our server. This lack of attentiveness wasn't a momentary lapse; it was a consistent pattern throughout the evening, indicative of a larger problem with staff training and management.
The food itself was equally underwhelming. I ordered what I had hoped would be a highlight of the evening, but the reality fell far short of expectations. The description on the menu promised a flavorful and expertly prepared dish, but what arrived was a bland and uninspired plate. The ingredients seemed low-quality, lacking freshness and vibrancy. The overall presentation was sloppy, further contributing to the sense of disappointment. My companions' meals fared little better, with similar complaints regarding taste, quality, and presentation. The "medium" preparation of the meat was far from accurate; it was significantly overcooked, dry, and tough.
Beyond the poor service and subpar food, the atmosphere of Club Roll Number 3481 contributed to the overall negative experience. The music was excessively loud, making conversation difficult and creating a tense, rather than relaxing, environment. The lighting was harsh and uninviting, further detracting from the ambiance. The overall cleanliness of the establishment also left much to be desired. Several areas appeared neglected, with spills and crumbs left unattended, contributing to a feeling of disorganization and lack of care.
The culmination of these issues – the excessive wait, the inattentive and unprofessional service, the mediocre and poorly prepared food, and the unpleasant atmosphere – resulted in a truly dreadful Friday night. The experience was far from the relaxing and enjoyable evening I had anticipated. Instead, it was a frustrating and disappointing reminder of the importance of thorough research before choosing a dining establishment.
My intention in writing this review is not simply to vent my frustration, but to offer constructive criticism. Club Roll Number 3481 has the potential to be a better establishment, but significant improvements are needed across all aspects of its operation. This includes improved staff training, focusing on attentiveness and customer service skills; a review of the food preparation and sourcing of ingredients to ensure higher quality and consistency; and an overhaul of the overall atmosphere to create a more welcoming and enjoyable environment. Until these changes are implemented, I cannot recommend Club Roll Number 3481 to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. My advice? Look elsewhere. Your Friday night...

Starters _ CHARCOAL NACHOS _ Activated charcoal infused nachos , layered with kidney beans , cheese sauce , topped with pico de gallo , grated cheese , served with tomato salsa which was mouthwatering starter.. pico de gallo _ pronunciation pico dey gayo meaning _ Mexican room temp salad / relish made of chopped tomato , onion , jalapeno , green chili fresh coriander, lemon juice is really healthy salad and the taste was marvelous. VEG PUFF_ veg puff filled with mixed veggies tossed in curry paste . Served with Szechuan mayo is perfectly cooked with super veggies.. PATAYA PANEER _ cottage cheese cubes , tossed in the mixture of galangal, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, Thai birds chili, coconut milk.. SAIF SPECIAL BUNTY & BUBBLY SHAKES _ BUNTY shake as the name unique bubbly and bunty shakes was also unique and amazing _ vanilla ice cream, milk , whipped cream , topped with crushed oreo, served in a chocolate & crushed oreo decorated glass in the form of bunty . Bubbly SHAKE _ coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, milk , whipped cream , topped with crushed oreo n dollop of whipped cream , served in chocolate & crushed oreo decorated female designed glass the presentation was fabulous.. Basil mojito _ muddled fresh basil , lemon , topped with crushed ice , soda & sprite perfect drink to chillout Another unique and beautiful drink teetotaler turmeric _ turmeric, apple cider vinegar , ginger, sour mix, fresh herbs, black salt, white pepper, topped with soda & sprite. Special and wild drink Wild juice bowl_ orange juice , pineapple juice , lemon juice , blue curacao , pineapple slices , kiwi slices , crushed ice. Dessert, Nutty nutella chocolate dimsum sounds super intriguing, steamed dim Sims stuffed with nutella chocolate almonds walnuts served with chocolate sauce nutty chocolate dimsums, thick coating can be either a hit or miss depending on the palate each to each.. Overall beautiful experience and food and beverage by Mr. Km Saif was amazing and he was very responsive and organized and polite service was given by Rafik. The music will give you a high without alcohol kick.. And the staff and service was really humble and grateful.. The place is expansive and roomy with three seating areas - Outdoor section, Indoor section and third section where live music and band perfoming happens only on friday, saturday and sunday. The ambience of all the section is attractive, cosy giving postive vibes making it ideal place to enjoy dinner with family and friends.
The food menu gives plently of delicious delicacies to choose from North Indian, Chinese, Continental as well as Modern Indian cuisines. Each delicacy is cooked perfectly in the chef style, well presented on the plate and superb in taste.
Signature Mocktails 👇🏻 🔹️Wild Juice in a Bowl - A mocktail made from Fresh pineapple stars and kiwi slices dipped in pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and blue curacao was chilled and refreshing. 🔹️Fresh Pineapple Charcoal Colada - A mocktail made from pineapple juice mixed with activated charcoal, cocunut milk, vanilla icecream presented in fine made pineapple shell was amazing and invigorating. 🔹️Bunty & Bubbly - Its a chef special twin shake served in two seperated glass both had different flavours were thirst quenching and bracing.
Food Highly recomended 👇🏻 ▪️Charcoal Nachos - Activation charcoal infused nachos topped with cheese sauce and beans served in a martini glass with salsa sauce were cheesy and tasty. ▪️Szechuan cheese fingers - deep fried appetizer in finger shape stuffed with szechuan, cheese and veggies served with szechuan mayo sauce was soft, flavourful and good in taste. ▪️Veg. Puff - A unique appetizer prepared with mixed veggies tossed in curry paste served with mayo was soft and good too in taste. ▪️Tandoori Bharwaan Aloo - A lovely preparation of jacket potatoes stuffed with veggies, dry fruits, spice mix topped with sesame seed was delectable and flavoursome. ▪️Charcoal Kalimirch Paneer tikka - An perfectly made activated charcoal infused kalimirch paneer tikkas that were yumm and total awesome. ▪️Casado - A Costa rican meal which includes grilled cottage cheese steaks, kidney beans, nachos, sauteed veg, salad, fried plantains, parsley rice served with tomato basil sauce was unique, something different and scrumptious in taste.
Dessert 👇🏻 🔸️Rabdi Fondue - A fondue made from milk, cream, white chocolate, rose syrup and rose water topped with chopped pistachio served with fresh fruits, oreo and bread bites was rich and luscious. 🔸️Nutty Chocolaty Coconut Triangle - A perfect dessert with combination of chocolate and coconut along with almond and walnuts was toothsome and delish.
