We were their regular customer. But no more. Service turned from Good to worst over time. The staff take order and make customer wait endlessly and show attitude when questioned. Though they claim to serve authentic " Maharashtrian cusinse" the staff avoid to speak marathi and keep arguing. They give priority to Zomato/ Swiggy orders. Many popular items on the menu have been discontinued. We used to snack on hot vada and modak at the restaurant. Now the Staff refuse to serve single vada or modak like they did earlier and talk arrogantly when questioned. They say " Madam ka order hai, unse bat karo" when questioned. They Do not give her number when asked for. In short it seems they no longer need their old longstanding customers or walk in...

The girl to whom I ordered may be she is receptionist, she took around 20 min to take order and sent the items other than what I requested. When called after receiving order, the owner says next time such thing will not happen. They are charging so much for samples of food they are providing in the name of tiffin. Their staff also don't know how many items there are in a special tiffin. Very pathetic service. They only want a person to order more food in the name of maximum price limit to deliver the food. But they dont understand that the quantity and wrong orders they are delivering is worth of money they demand or not. I know them from last 6 years, but now they have become careless about...

Don't know what has happened to this place . Very poorly managed these days.

Earlier they used to serve good food.

That day ordered Batatyachi bhaji and chapati. Batata bhaaji was only simple boiled potatoes with little haldi. No mirchi, no Kanda , no kadipatta. Chapati edges have to be removed before eating as they were half cooked.

Pohe ordered one day were without kadipatta, mirchi , Kanda. Lots of oil.Charges 35 per plate and quantity too little . Don't know why they call it pohe.

Tiffin services are very poor. Order delivered after approx 2 hrs.
