Shiv Sagar Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

My home delivery order was delivered 1 and 15 minutes later. Even after delivering food so late the expectations about food were completely shattered. Such hopeless food that just because I never throw food in bins I ate that some how. Veg Pulav I told to make less spicy it was made so sweet and with so much cream that it had a taste of Milk with Rice. Puris better not take from this hotel. They were so soaked in Oil that even after trying to remove oil by tissue papers puri was fully wet by oil. People with Cholestrol problem will die if they eat such puris for few days continuously. I think as far as I know cooking Puris if fried on Tava the Puri gets soaked fully. They need to be deep fried and removed immediately after ballooning. I thinks this cook did not try to remove excess oil from Puri. Papad was also totally soft. My stomach became stiff after eating as I am a senior citizen. Never order food from this restaurant. I ordered pav bhaji and falooda. They forgot to send falooda and i had to call the restaurant to inquir. initially they refused to accept the mistake but later they send falooda.

Pav bhaji that I received didn't had aloo and masala. It was a onion tomato gravy or some sabji. Also they sent tomato slices instead of onion and lemon.

The entire order was messed up by this shivsagar restaurant.

Awful taste. Bad experience.

Just started not even tested the food , but resturant is all about first impressions last impression, table not cleared until ask more then 5 times being a guest looking at the used food.
