Had been to this place for celebrating a birthday party of a 7 year old. And am writing this just as a fair warning - that while the idea of having children roll some dough and create pizzas seems quite unique, their staff is utterly incapable of handling the children tactfully. The party members were assigned the smaller part and after the activity which takes about half hour, it is impossible to restrain kids within that small area . These geniuses don't feel the need to even barricade the zone from the main area! They simply yell at the kids asking them to stay away from the main zone (where other guests walk in) and while it is understandable that no one would want to have kids running around and making noise when you have come to enjoy a meal - the least you can do is to barricade that zone to an extent and not really manhandle kids, be rude to them and have grand ambitions to organise birthday parties with young kids! You can't expect children to not run around and have them sit as if they are in a classroom! The staff was rude - routinely roughing up boys and telling kids 'sunta nahi deta kya' 'kaan nahi hai' and the like. The party ended on a very bad note for us when my boy who is relatively the most well behaved sorts one would meet - was slapped in the chest by the general manager as an attempt to stop him from running to the main side! And then he had the nerve to tell me he had merely raised his arms in the front of my child, who was with couple of boys made a dash to use the washroom (which BTW ran out of water - i was asked to wash my hand in one of the basins clearly used for cooking!). Didn't want to create a scene in front of his school friends and the gracious hosts so left after having an altercation with that inept manager who thinks it is okay to slap children hard on the chest to prevent them from - well.. being kids. It was very distressing for my son and even when I tried to make him see the bright side of having made a pizza - will never forget when he looked at me and said - 'what is the use mummy. the people should be good. that is what matters/' if my seven year old can get that, this chain should definitely do so!...
