Rikē - Terrace Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Mumbai

Located in Andheri West, veera desai, Rike Terrace Bar And Grill is surrounded by renowned restaurants but still stands out of the crowd for its Ambience, hospitality, Bar and Cuisine. The Rike - Terrace Bar & Grill is for Experimental foodies and open space dining lovers. The ambience grabs your attention on the very first glimpse and keeps your eyes occupied for a while and things gets better with music, cool air and heart warming hospitality.

COCKTAILS- As i mentioned the place is having plenty of experiments in the menu and its really puts a smile when you read "EXPERIMENTAL COCKTAILS" while going through the Bar Menu.

RUM SLING - Rum and More Rum some citrus i mean Lemon juice, Orange juice and Ice cubes to keep it chill. Sounds weird..? Tastes strong and makes you relax. Cocktails is an art and this Rum Sling is a good example of it.

BLUE MOTORCYCLE - Even a normal day will start being better and joyful after a Ride on a motorcycle for many of us and after reading a Cocktail named Blue Motorcycle it's like leave it or taste it. If you choose to taste it, the Cocktail will take you for a ride. Ride... I mean Try Blue Motorcycle, i loved it.

STARTERS.

LOBSTER BITES - Lobsters do bite with their pincers and claws but here you get crispy balls of fried Lobster meat served with Fries and Hot sauce. A quick pick from the menu. The juicy meat and the crispy layers melts down in your mouth, makes you close your eyes and so you feel the flavours on your tongue. It was amazing to eat Lobster Bites served here.

Chicken Kebab Assorted - The Restaurant mentions Bar and Grill in its name so the meal is incomplete without grilled food at Rike Terrace Bar And Grill. The very exciting part about ordering the Grilled food is that they Serve it with live grill on your table so you can grill and eat it hot. Chicken Kebab Assorted is mouthwatering chicken pieces marinaged in different style to give you variety of flavour. Thr Kebabs served here are one of the finest kebab i ever had and grilling it yourself adds a spark to it.

Main course.

Keema Pav - There's a big list of cuisine and fusion food at Rike Terrace Bar And Grill, you have lots of options listing from Pasta, burgers, Rolls, Wraps and bento box. Noe if you're familiar with Bento box, you get some Indian and Asian box to choose from and i liked to test the taste of Keema which is my favourite lamb meat dish. I was totally surprised when i tasted the Keema, it was spicy, juicy and had an unique essence of Lamb, with Keema you get Seekh Kebab, Pav, Chutney and Salad. If you love Lamb keema this is worth a try.

Herb Chicken Steak Sizzlers - Chicken sizzlers are not new and have its own fan following. So if you love Chicken dressed with herbs, mashed potatoes and veggies you'll love this sizzling delicacy for the meal.

Dessert.

Chocolate mousse with Vanilla Ice cream. Pure chocolate pleasure with vanilla ice cream is perfect dessert to end you meal at Rike Terrace Bar And Grill. The mousse was soft and chocolaty and tastes better with vanilla ice cream.

Brownie Sundae. Chocolate brownie is a delicious affair itself and when topped with vanilla ice cream the deliciousness goes to the next level. A good brownie never disappoints and At Rike Terrace Bar And Grill the brownie is good. The Brownie Sundae is a very soft and delicious...

❖ Location- A lane which passes through link road in andheri west in veera desai area, can say this area is developed with so many amazing restaurants.(4.5/5)

❖ Theme- A open terrace restaurant serving sheesha, bar and amazing food. I guess must need requirements of a real foodie person.(5/5)

❖ Ambience- Simple yet pleasant i must say. Now a day’s its kind of fashion that rough or can say raw interiors are done, especially to the walls of the restaurant. Open terrace restaurant were giving the positive vibes, especially in winters its best to go in the open place. Got comfortable sitting and big tables, perfect for groups. Lighting is little dim but goes perfectly with the theme of their restaurant. Bar setup was really a highlight, at the one side of the restaurant and looks amazing when the lights are on in the evening.(4.5/5)

❖ Food and Beverage- Any place which is really nice and open air dining, the menu should bereally spot on i feel. Here it was same; menu is really well thought of and totally matches the theme of the restaurant. Coming to Bar, Bar menu has few of the amazing cocktails served in a really classy way. Food menu is created very well by chef Azaan by innovating few of his best dishes which are delicious and a must try i feel.(5/5)

• MELON COOLER (Cocktail) - A must try refreshing cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, lemon and fresh watermelon. It was perfectly balanced drink and served in a excellent way.(5/5)

• CRANBERRY KISS(Cocktail)- Vodka based drink made with cranberry juice, lemon and cointreau nice and little tangy drink.(4/5)

• TABLE GRILLS (On table) - A customised dish for by chef. A BBQ set up grill serving different variety of skewers. A must order dish with your sheesha and favourite cocktails. It had Chicken Espetada (chicken seekh kabab which was really moist and flavoursome), Chicken malai tikka (so creamy and delicious), Fish Hariyali tikka, Prawns with the tail on. Was massive and each skewer had its own taste and authenticity. Must order, ask them to customise it for you.(5/5)

• SMOKED SALMON BRUSCHETTA (Quick Eats) - Crispy Garlic bread thick slice applied with cream cheese and topped with generous amount of smoke salmon and garnished with cream cheese and chives. Such a classy dish served in the perfect way. Balancing the cream cheese spread and smoke salmon was the key here.(5/5)

• FRIED FISH TENDERS(Quick eats)- Thick fish slices panned(coated in flour, egg and bread crumbs) it and then deep fried for the perfect crunchy dish which was served in the frying basket along with the fries and tartare sauce.

❖ To sum up- As we know the Mumbai life is always busy and need a quick refreshing relaxation in our day to day activity, so places like Rike helps us out to distress it. Relaxing environment, amazing Cocktails, different flavours of sheesha and super delicious food allthese things were ticked correct here. Certainly a place where you can enjoy full evening with your bunch of people around. Will be one of my favourite places to relax and have a great time. Strongly recommend this...

We recently visited “Rike – Terrace Bar & Grill” located in the Veera Desai area amidst the concentration of watering holes & pubs all around.

Had seen this place when I had visited ‘B Desi’ quite some time back as it is located exactly atop it and finally I was here today!

The place turned out to be a surprise and true to its name ‘Rike’ is literally occupied on a Terrace area with open air vibes, bright lights, simplistic interior, comfortable + decently spaced out seating and the winter chill was all we needed tonight to make it a perfect one!

Food options offered are Continental & Italian with some options for Lebanese & Asian and they do have a full-fledged bar offering with In-house cocktails and all standard spirits plus they are on Zomato Gold 2+2 on Drinks so that should definitely be a mood setter for all Gold users!

We called for freshly prepared ‘Watermelon Juice’ & ‘Pomegranate Juice’ which came to our tables in no time with no frills to it; just a healthy choice of liquids we relied on for the night!

We started off with a ‘Hummus Platter’ which came with crispy lavash sticks and fluffy pita bread along with 3 dips made of chickpeas, Olive & Avocado; definitely healthy and a treat to the palates too, Portion size was enough to be shared between 2 people!

This was followed by ‘Cajun Spiced Prawns’ which came neatly placed in a Martini glass (7 pieces of King sized Prawns) with a filling of house mayo. The prawns were grilled perfectly and had the right spices; the best part was they were not dipped into the sauce, you can choose to have it with the raw grilled flavors or dip and have it. Must Try!

Finally a flatbread ordered to round off our appetizers ‘Buffalo Mozzarella Pizza’ which was standard in size (Good for 2 people) but generous when it came to the overload of cheese toppings with mozzarella slices topped separately along with sundried tomatoes & and a touch of basil – Recommended!

For my Mains ‘Grilled Chicken Box’ from the Bento Box section seemed like an apt choice, this came with a huge piece of chicken well marinated (Meat came off the bone with extreme ease) dipped in brown sauce along with a side of sautéed veggies and creamy mash of potatoes (Brown rice option available). A complete healthy meal presented in a box – Loved it!

Lastly a warm creamy ‘New York Cheesecake’ slice completed our dining at Rike! The cheesecake had the right texture and was a bit moist as expected with a soft base; all the traits of the famous NY Cheesecake! Don’t miss this one if Cheesecake is your sweet tooth craving!

We also tried their ‘Herbal Flavored Hookah’ which seems to be rage nowadays amongst all party goers!
