Was on a hunt for my son's birthday cake and snack boxes. So visited this outlet in my neighborhood.

I've always found they cakes - sugar bombs. Same was our experience this time as well.

So we inquired about their combos and we found their combo 3 for ₹80 a better option. But on checking the details we noticed that their counter price for a veg burger was ₹40 but in the combo it was listed for ₹50. The combo also included 2pcs of chocolate (₹10), potato chips (₹10) and Frooti (₹10)

On questioning the shop attendant, he had no idea about it. So he called his senior for clarification and they later agreed to reduce the combo price to ₹70. Order booked...

Even the boxes were actually distributed to the kids, we noticed that it had only 1pc of chocolate instead of 2pcs.

So eventually we ended up paying ₹5...

Worst shop ever visited in borivali...ac they don't put it on...says company has told to put it off in the afternoon...we r not allowed to switch it on...Fan not working...and the manager was very rude...looks like he wasnt at all worried if the customer goes away...challenging me to complain where I want to...very ill mannered...this complaint is only for specific vazira naka outlet...I am uploading the photo of the manager..please take strict against him or else he will shut this outlet soon...even the email id which they have put a picture of to do an complaint that email id doesn't exist...so they...

Great Cakes.....Superb Variety.......Value For Money........On Top of that Mr. Asif a great Person.....great Hospitality......his suggestion are always the best as per the Occasions.

Also......very helpful and always with correct suggestions.

Would surely recommend Souffle when it comes to Celebrate ur special moment........make it Priceless with Cakes of Souffle.......and add the Top up of Mr. Asif when u r at Vazira Naka Outlet.

Today got an Image cake within 4 hours of Order.......quick service with best quality and superb taste ( Attached Image of the Cake...
