Worst experience...It was our anniversary yesterday so thought of visiting your restaurant , We ordered chicken hot garlic,chicken Lollypop masala dry and one chicken fried rice food was good and we enjoyed. Having said that! The service at your place was really poor, As a couple we couldn't eat much as your quantity is too much, so we took the remaining as parcel but after coming home we looked at the parcel and were shocked coz there was so much in the bowl and we just got the half of the remains of every plate excluding the apple chicken (Lollypop masala). I buzzed back to the restaurant for the same spoke to someone from the reception, rather then receiving an apology the person was so arrogant that he replied' Hame aapke khane se kya matlab' is this the way u treat people. I went for a family dinner and were 16 of us together. The hotel staff won't be available for taking orders or cleaning the table, i had to go in the kitchen to search for them. Felt like they were intentionally ignoring and also by 22:30 pm they said they are out of stock for the evening and they can't serve anymore. That was ridiculous they kept on taking orders from the new customer and kept on serving them the dishes which were out of stock for us. Also when i received the cheque they increased the price of particular dishes twice the actual rate and also added numerous items which we didn't even order. Pathetic staff , we went there today and there was some confusion in bill and we paid the bill ,but even after paying the bill the waiter is telling that u were running away , if we would be running away then we would not pay the bill and we went again to clarify the bill because they overcharged us , Instead od giving us the bill the waiter is abusing us and we had a very heated argument with the waiter because of his behaviour, then suyog the owner came out and apologized on behalf of waiter,but this was not the experience we wanted, pathetic staff...
