Subway Indraprastha — Restaurant in Mumbai

The USP of subway cookies is that they r freshly baked, have chewy texture and warm, soft interior across all franchisees! N that's how I want them.

I specifically asked my server who was supposed to pack my 6 double dark chocolate cookies whether they were fresh & soft!? She said yes. While packing she said I'll warm them up a bit, as it'll make it more soft n gooey. I said sure.

The first bite itself I realized that they were NOT FRESH! Hot for sure (due to the re-heating) but Hard & Crumbly!

PLEASE DONOT sell hardened cookies to the customer who is specifically ASKING for fresh, soft, chewy textured cookies.

What a waste of my money...

one of the worst subways ever the staff is not at all qualified to deal with customers. there are just 2 workers who are really slow and can't keep up with time and place at all. swiggy and Zomato orders are given more priority even if there are in house customers waiting for almost 40 mins they can't handle too many orders fast and in the end a lot of in hourse customers left due to not being able to order i understand that rush hour is a thing but it's the workers responsibility to not let any customer wait for longer than 40 mins all in all the service is terrible and not at all worth going complete...

Got food poisoning after eating from here. 😡 Had ordered chicken tikka sandwich from from here on zomato late night. After eating half, found out that there was no chicken stuffing inside it. Only veggies It was having no taste and had to throw the rest away. Raised a complaint on zomato but they were only giving 25% refund instead of full refund. And it got worse for me the next day!!! Got terrible food poisoning and stomach pain the next morning. After checking their vikhroli subway zomato page reviews i saw that this incomplete stuffing and stale food is a common complaint with that...
