Had the worst experience of my life at this Subway. The food was fine but the moment we sat down we were greeted by the most pungent stench ever. Soon enough our eyes started watering like never before. Apparently they were cutting onions in the back with no regard for people dining here. It was so bad that a mom had to literally leave with her child. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the sandwich was decent.
Ate the food with tears in my eyes. When I asked them to stop they said they're done but not even 5 minutes later the horrible aura was back. Genuinely just get a door or a curtain or some ventilation, how do the people working here even survive. They're also understaffed to a fault. By the way we also ordered a coffee but it never ended up reaching our table as we had to evacuate.
Horrible 0/10 experience. Did not choose to go outside to be assaulted and have biological warfare be committed on me while I'm trying to enjoy my sandwich. Gentle warning to anybody going to this Subway that if they're chopping vegetables in the back then just get the hell...

As a pure vegetarian, I was shocked to see that the staff was making non-veg sandwiches on the same side where vegetarian sandwiches are prepared. To make matters worse, after preparing a non-veg sandwich, they started making a salad bowl in the veg section without changing gloves. They then proceeded to make another vegetarian sandwich, again without changing gloves.
We were the only customers in the store, yet we had to wait for 20 minutes while they kept making one online order after another. When we approached the counter to inquire, we were rudely told to sit aside. Ultimately, we decided to leave without eating, and not once did the staff ask what the issue was or try to address our concerns. The lack of customer service was appalling.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.

Read moreTo my surprise, this outlet is a brand-owned and operated store — which makes my experience even more disappointing. The overall hygiene levels were quite poor during my visit. The staff seemed uninformed about the products and unaware of which machines were functional or not.
Shockingly, they didn’t even know how to prepare a proper Subway sandwich. In one instance, after using the wrong bread, the server lifted the entire salad filling by hand and transferred it onto another bread as it is, instead of a layer-by-layer process.
There also appeared to be a cooling and electrical compliance issue; I was told there had been a fire (short circuit) incident recently. Moreover, the team had no service register or official complaint book available for customers.
