The Chinese Village - AC Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

First of all i had placed my ordered at 7:15 and it was delivered at 8:10 even though my building is just 10 mins away from the outlet, I understand cooking takes 20-30 mins but an hour late is just too much. Secondly, when the delivery guy comes in the building the building staff had called us but the call wasn’t received, so as soon as we realised it, we called back and told the security guard to let the delivery guy come, and then when he comes up he tells us that he was going to return to the outlet, he did not even have the courtesy to call the outlet and tell them to to connect to me and then he shows me attitude that its my mistake.I have ordered 2 times from this place, the first time i ordered the food was wonderful and excellent and the quality of rice was good and this time i ordered from here i felt like puking. The prices of soups at this restaurant are unreasonably high. In fact, the rice dishes here cost less than the soups, which is unheard of. Across Kandivali, you won’t find soups priced this high; they’re usually under ₹150, but this place is charging ₹270-₹280. This is completely unacceptable.

I’m shocked how good this place is. I walked in very casually , and the food here is so good it’s super fresh and that’s so rare to find in a Chinese restaurant to be honest. And Mr.Nandan Paul is such a good and helpful person here, every staff is but Mr. Paul was very helpful with his recommendations and apt service. Thankyou Nandan ji.
