The Green Door — Restaurant in Mumbai

The Green Door, pure veg restaurant, next to Filmistan studio- Goregaon is a must visit place for all good food lovers. This fine dining restaurant has two floors of restaurant, a roof top and a banquet.⛳️ The building facade is impressive and all the floors are elegantly decorated with proper use of glass, lighting and chandeliers. The seating arrangements are comfortable and cosy. They serve North Indian, Chinese and Continental food. The food quality, taste and prices are too good and true value for every penny spent. The place is crowded even on weekdays, so be prepared for some waiting, however due to large available space the wait is not long. They do have a valet parking, eliminating the headache of car parking on a busy road.🚗

We tried: ♦️Kaju Anjeer & Dry fruits Shake: Both the Shakes were thick and delicious with lots of crushed nuts.

♦️ Paneer Hariyali Tikka: Large sized paneer cubes were marinated in chefs spices and perfectly charred with added smoky flavour.

♦️ Mushroom Aachari Tikka: Button mushrooms were cooked in achari spices and served with salad. It was flavourful and juicy.

♦️Mac N Cheese: Macaroni pastas were mixed with cheesy sauces and a thick layer of yellow cheddar cheese was served on it. It was creamy, rich, cheesy and soothing. It is highly recommended dish.

♦️ Vegetables Shashlik Sizzler: Long grain basmati flavoured rice were served with mix exotic boiled vegetables, cubes of cottage cheese and potato wedges on a hot sizzling plate with shashlik sauce. It was filling and large enough for two.

♦️ Royal Falooda: We ended our dinner with delicious royal falooda. We were told that It was the preferred dessert of patrons to end their meal.

We were greeted by Mr. Hemant and served by Mr. Ashish. The staff is courteous and friendly. The services are quick and despite being over crowded, hot food was served.🍲

I work in Goregaon and keep looking out for different restaurants to dine in.. I have almost visited all places in and around my work place. The Green Door was left and I'm happy I've tried that as well now ... My friend's visited this place last week and hyped about this place. I was more than happy to go and explore it. The place as I wrote above is located in Goregaon, West. The ambience is very pretty.. They have a banquet seating as well as a terrace seating.. You can choose accordingly.. The service I got here was beyond amazing. The servers were very kind to us and served us with a smile all throughout our visit. This restaurant serves North Indian, Continental and Chinese.. The menu is quite vast and have end number of dishes to choose from. I started with drinks as I was exhausted after a long day at work.. I called for Paan delight which had gulkand, paan leaves and ice cream as the name suggests the taste was of paan.. this was surely very yummy and refreshing..

The next drink i ordered was icon of love which had cranberry juice lemon juice, grape juice and lemonade..

The drinks were really refreshing and good. The start of my meal was awesome.. Moving ahead i called for starters... Panner Hariyali tikka The panner was super fresh and tender.. it had green marination and had a smokey flavour.. it was medium spicy.. they can adjust the taste according to your preference.

Stit fry vegetables The stir fry veggies were also very good.. All types of exotic veggies were added and tossed with sauce. This dish was totally non spicy..

Panner bellpepper stay in bbq sauce.. This starter came on skewers .. The panner and bellpeppers were well tossed with the sauce and grilled to perfection.

The starters really got me full.. I enjoyed my meal at The Green Door. I would surely suggest you'll to visit this place and try their different dishes. 5 stars for the food...

The Green Door A three storey multi-cuisine restaurant is pure veg and is apt for family get togethers💯. ✨The food here is tasty✓ ✨Ambience is decent and slightly different on each floor. They've a top floor assembling garden like dining area😍. ✨Staff is very suggestive but not well trained as they didn't even serve us water without asking for it. ✨Quantity of the food is decent. We ordered:- 🔷Mocktails 🔸Blue sea- This was suggested by the staff and it wasn't able to meet pur expectations at all. Not a good suggestion. Taste was okayish not that great ! 🔸Margerita Strawberry- This was served in Margerita glass and was slightly sour in taste. Fine to sip with pizza👍. 🔷Food 🔸Mac N Cheese Pasta- Yummy cheesy pasta was freshly baked w yellow cheese on top. Slightly creamy and was served with a crispy garlic bread slice💛. 🔸Exotic Vegetable Pizza- With the very crispy crust, it was more like homestyle pizza. There were many colourful exotic veggies topped on it. Cheese was less in quantity but overall a goood taste pizza had👍. 🔸Cottage Cheese Steak- This was amongst the main course. It was veryyy delicious🤤. Long grained butter rice topped with fried onions and served with sauteed exotic veggies, creamy cheese pour and a big sized cube of cottage cheese😍. Presentation and taste both were upto the mark✓ 🔷Dessert 🔸The Green Door Special Falooda- Good big sized glass full of chilled falooda was scrumptious.
