A Truly Exceptional Experience

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Veg Treet Regalia and felt compelled to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received. The food was outstanding, with a menu that offers a delightful variety of dishes, each more delicious than the last. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a family meal.

However, what truly set this experience apart was the remarkable kindness and consideration shown by the staff. My baby started crying during our meal, and I needed a quiet place to feed her . When I approached the staff with my request, they were incredibly understanding and immediately suggested that I speak to the reception.

To my surprise and immense relief, the reception staff offered us a hotel room, providing complete privacy and a calm environment to feed my baby. This thoughtful gesture went above and beyond my expectations. It not only ensured my baby's comfort but also allowed me to enjoy the rest of my meal without worry.

I am sincerely thankful to the entire team at Veg Treet Regalia for their exceptional hospitality and genuine care. Their actions turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The decor is good, size of the restaurant is big and they do have a wide choice of dishes, but I was tad unhappy with my dining experience. The preparations were mediocre. And the chef did not seem to have much idea of the relation between the description in the menu and the preparation method. To make it worse, the waiters ended up justifying the dish.

I had ordered Mushroom butter garlic. Expecting it to be sauteed, I was surprised that the Mushroom were deep fried. I could not see or taste the butter. Another dish - sauteed vegetable greens in black bean sauce, came in the form of gravy which I ended up having with fried rice as an accompaniment.

I wish the restaurant gets its act together. Being a Sunday should not be a reason for this sloppiness.

To top it, the waiters had mixed up orders - particularly in the Fresh lime water and soda orders - in salt and sweet department. Blame it on high price of lemons? Maybe.

As a saving grace, the spring rolls and fried rice were good.

✳️Food - This outlet serves variety of food dishes and unique food items They do serve jain food. We tried few items Soup - it was very tasty and delightful Japanese starter - nothing like japanese, it was pakoras nothing else Tacos - it was enjoyable, but could be better. Roti sabzi - Didn't enjoyed the main course, sabzi was very bad at taste. Disappointed with the sabzi quality. Other than this we had lassi, mocktail and brownie, they were good but not excellent.

✳️Price - The price is little high of few food items.

✳️ Ambience- This restaurant is multi-storey. Very spacious and huge. Ambiance is good enjoy but they need to work on lighting.

✳️ Service- The services is fast and good.

✳️Staff - Staff is helpful but lacks at knowledge of food items. Need to improve there

Overall it was not so good experience. Thought a restaurant like this would be excellent from all angles, but it wasn't.
