While we were eating our pizza the staff came and without even taking our concern asked for our phones for the review my friend gave her phone for the review the staff took the phone and wrote the review herself and it took her almost 10 mins, then she asked for my phone too we told her we are eating right now we will post the review later but still she was standing beside us and told us it would take only 2 mins and again 10 mins later she gave me my phone back We don't think this was an appropriate behaviour we are not denying for the review we will surely post it after we are done eating, but they were forcing us to make the review keeping our food aside. The pizza is good but the hygiene they maintain is pathetic as if the word hygiene doesn’t exist for them. The order taker at counter left the orders in between at 10pm as it was his time for checkout I understand that he might live far off from the work place but how can he leave the orders in between and just leave. No standards were Maintained the washroom door was still open even after telling them for more them 4-5 times. The server cleaned the tables with a dirty cloth and then served the pizzas with those same dirty hands how can they run a food outlet so terrible. The staff who are serving and making the pizzas are the most rude ones that I ever saw. We went on Friday night which supposed to be unlimited pizza night. We have paid the bill they made us wait for 2hrs and gave 1 pizza and deliberately delayed giving repeat orders so that we would leave with frustation. Pizza hut if can't provide us with offer which you are promising, please remove the offer. And please learn to treat customers equally irrespective what they order, this is the basic thing which anyone expects. Priority should be given on basis of first in not on basis of what they order....
