The same location housed some good restaurants in the past like - 'FAT Theory' and 'Mi Favrito'. Each was known for its good taste and the legacy continues with 'Trio Spice'. It largely serves Punjabi dishes along with Chinese and pizza. More variety like pasta, sizzlers, etc are not on the menu.
We tried 'Peri Peri Paneer' and 'Paneer Crispy' in starters - both were something different preparations. The former was in smooth white gravy (unlike most dry paneer starters) and almost felt like white pasta. The latter was like Crisy Spinach - a signature dish from Mainland China. In main course we had what the owner recommended - 'Veg Mastani' and 'Char Minar' (4 pieces of long diced paneer dipped in brown gravy).
The outlet is small and the outdoor seating was not fully functional, not sure if because of lack of service or because of Mumbai heat. Thereby there is big rush on weekends and you need to reach early or wait for long. The taste is good. Service takes time - starters came early, other dishes came late. If possible, do not take the seat close to the entrance because the AC cooling just doesn't work there due to constant opening and closing of the main door.
The taste is pretty good. An average meal for 2 will cost you around Rs 800.

Read moreWe ordered Tomato Soup, Pav Bhaji, Mexican Spl. Rice, Facebook Mohito, and Peach Blueberry Mohito. Absolutely loved it! All were very very good.. Soup served with bread crumps and cream. Pav Bhaji had the perfect butter. Mexican rice were very good. Mohito were tasty delicious and quantity was good.
Best part is the view. We went at 06:20 PM to see the sunset. It's windy and the sun setting is so calm and serene. And there's planes landing, metro and railway tracks are also visible. Beautiful ambience. There's also an AC section with piano music, feels like a 5 star restaurant. On the outside they just play bollywood music.
Another good thing is the service, staff atitude, they are informed and very sweet. Btw they didn't add service charge to the bill so I left a 100 Rs. tip for their amazing service..
Worth it.. and the restaurant is just outside of ghatkopar east exit of rlw station. You exit and cross the road you'll find the building and go to 7th floor and you'll reach. I randomly found this resto on google maps decided to try it and it...
