KFC — Restaurant in Nagaland

Ac has been non-functional since I remember, tables are dirty as hell,the only ambiant music is the rumbles of the fryers and the shouting of the staff in the kitchen, speaking of the toilet :it's ghastly. If you're really really craving for kfc I recommend you order takeaway. 1 star is the lowest I could give. Wish there were lower stars that i could give. Edit after 1 year. Visited the place again because my wife and I were hungry for some chicken and the kfc opposite town hall has had its AC out of service for quite sometime and was pleasantly surprised to find that the outer space near the outlet has been quite well maintained and i was shocked to find it cool inside with the acs blaring. This time around, the staffs were also well trained and pleasant. The toilets were back to being functional and clean. The chicken was hot and juicy. The Pepsi also had a generous amount of ice(quite a pleasant surprise) and the burger was okay too. Only complaint I had was the smell of the drain but i guess it must've been due to some construction going on adjacent to the outlet. Just got home from KFC. This is gonna be a long review. I took my niece and nephews all under 12 including 4 adults. One of my nephew usually needs special care while having food (motor nerves). While my sister was at it, she realised that the chicken was raw and it was stinking (The kids wanted classic zinger and baam!), I complained and we were given another zinger. We suspected the other burgers and had to stop one of them while the other two had already gobbled up 75% of the burger (sigh! They were raw too). This experience was abhorring. How on earth are kids supposed to know the raw chicken in the burger? Saddening because my sister didn't want to make a scene over the zingers but I'm gonna make sure that the next time it won't be pleasant enough if this repeats.

This displays a lack of training and retraining the employees taken at the course of overlooking its franchise inconsiderately.

Some items on the menu are never restocked, thus it's never available on any days.

Food was terrible. Reason:- Not fresh enough and it's not even hot, it's lukewarm. You might think what's the problem? But there is a problem that the meat is not hot means the chicken is harder to chew than usual.

Service is terrible and unprofessional. Please train the staff instead of firing them, which is more plausible. Reason:- Not telling the order is ready. Also, either they don't have online payment or the machine was not working, so we had to resort to cash. The staff was giggling or laughing at us since our friends had to sum up our cash in hand due to KFC's online payment service was unavailable.

Atmosphere:- Unappreciative due to the above given reasons.
