I had a horrible experience at this place with 3rd class customer service in a place that was mostly empty when we went and so, won't be going back again. There are many places in dimapur which offer consistent quality, similar food items at much lower prices.Ordered lime soda, coffee, kk special soup (overpriced stew), momo. We asked what items are available before sitting down, intention was to have momos at a Tibetan place. After waiting for 10 minutes, was informed that lime soda won't be available as they have run out of lime, so we changed it to ice tea peach. The coffee and iced tea arrived, then the soup, but no sign of momo which are usually prepared in advance. We did see people who came in after us were being served momos. Then, after 30 minutes and asking two more waiters, one fellow informs us that they have run out of momos so shall I get the bill? So we ended up paying 640 without getting the item we walked in to eat. When We informed the guy in the counter, he said original waiter has left the job! In the last...

Was thirsty and hungry on this particular day when I went to KK cafe for the first time, my fault that I chose this place out of all the much better places like House of Asia or Hungry brothers which are located in close proximity. First thing I ordered was a Blueberry cold drink which tasted like an ordinary sugar Syrup without any punch in it. I was already disappointed but went ahead and got myself a very tempting Prawns Kimbap. Well, I was all set for another disappointing experience, only 3/8 kimbaps had prawns in it. It was definitely pricey. We will call it the “expensive egg kimbap” instead.
Everyone just overlooked the fact that we weren’t happy at all. These kind of restaurent will die out soon cause at the end of the day, service and quality is all that matters. Not the look of...
Read more(Edited) They make good Chinese cusine(made by Tibetans) they serve good food, can't call it the best through. Value for money.. But it's the same old platter you get across the country. Since my old review was made a year back and I granted it 4stars, here I am after the lockdown, and their services have greatly depreciated, their staff etiquette is probably one of the worst I have come across in town. The tables are greasy and most of the cups have stains. They could revamp on their staffs and get a little cleaner, the younger son (plumpy chap)of the owner has an attitude that would put mt...
