this time we visited found system Little changed. the token service was changed. and found table service. we need to prepay for our order, give coupon to counters and they will serve you on your table. great 👍 we place order for chola bhatura ,pani puri and raj kachori.. they served us chola bhatura which as usual good and delicious 😋😋😋 our order for raj lach was ready but he was not serving is.. he was waiting pani puri plate to get ready.. meanwhile the raj kachori got completely soggy and chruchiness was gone. the taste of raj kachori was not at all up to the mark. pani puri was horrible not able to eat. we wear not able to finish. lastly we ordered mango rasmalai.. which was supper delicious 😋😋 Everytime you visit you find .. something interesting. During ganesha a wide range of modak was displayed. Also they started 4 combo meals .. supper interesting.. we ordered kabab combo meals .. that was having 5 different types of kababs on sizzling plate, laccha paratha,kadhai panner, and jeera rice. Haldiram's is the Real challenger for foreign self service chain restaurents like McDonalds and KFC in India in regards of footfalls . That too with a pure vegetarian menu to boot . Shankar nagar square Nagpur outlet is as good as any of their other outlets I have been to . They give perception of High hygenic standards . Very cleanly maintained even with continuous rush of customers . Very wide choice right from chaat , snacks , starters to full meals and desserts . Variety of cuisine from all regions of India as well as popular foreign dishes including sizzlers . Reasonably fast service . Prices are really reasonable considering the quality and house keeping costs . Washrooms are reasonably well maintained . Although parking space seems inadequate the attendants always managed parking slot for me on all my visits there . I recently visited Shankar nagar’s Haldiram with high expectations . Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The service was slow and inattentive, with long waits between courses and a general lack of enthusiasm from the staff.

The ambiance was also underwhelming, with a dated décor that didn't live up to the premium prices. For the cost, I expected a more refined and welcoming atmosphere.

The food was decent, but not exceptional enough to justify the high prices. Overall, I would not recommend to others due to its poor service and atmosphere.
