Infusion - Belgian Waffle & Coffee — Restaurant in Nagpur

Not very good experience. Asked for carry bag but denied, whereas I have got it at other franchises. Ordered assorted box, but cook didn't bothered to ask for flavour and prepared of its own choice.

Edit: After receiving reply from owner, I would like to mention one more thing. When I arrived at the shop, I saw 2 red velvet quarter size waffles already lying at the cooking area. When I received my order, the pieces were absent from the counter, whereas my order had 2 red velvet pieces exactly(also half of newly baked waffle base was lying on counter). I couldn't say anything as I didn't see it with my own eyes. But now I am more certain for this claim as after several hours of consumption, I can find discomfort in my stomach. This discomfort could be anything, but just a heads-up for the people visiting this shop to be extra attentive.
