Hotel Orient Inn — Hotel in Nagpur

Just as another reviewer mentioned, this hotel is not happy with standard ID proofs and demands the marriage certificate even if you come with your kids. Only saving grace is they didn't ask for the birth certificates.

We booked this OYO tie-up accommodation in a train as the train was delayed it would have been past midnight at our planned destination. So alighted at Nagpur railway station around 8:30 pm and the reception saga started shortly after.

This visit was in 2018 but the check-in experience was terrible to forget even after 3 years.

Third class hotel. Highly overprice. No service quality. Highly unsafe for Girls and Women. Even Cleaning and Room Service Staff attitude are like the are the owner of the Hotel. They straight forward deny the service you asking for without any hesitation. One Cleaning Staff specially typical 'Kanta Bai' type is so Pathetic that She behaves like she is the owner. Bathroom fitting are so sensitive that they gets broke just by your touch. No one recieves intercom calls intentionally to avoid any service to customers. Use old repeated used oil for cooking. Overall experience is good ..rooms are cleaned but at corner of the table I found condom packet open wrapper... I am very disappointed after I found that .. please tc before giving the room anyone.

Also I ordered some food from outside and when delivery boy came at the hotel manager just stopped delivery boy at the counter. As per hotel rules outside fellows are not allowed.. I agreed.
