Stayed in this hotel with my wife in June-2018.||The reception staff is courteous. However once thing was not so pleasant at the beginning:||The hotel would like to confirm if the couple staying together are married or not. Luckily I was having the soft copy of my marriage certificate.||Anyways, it might be the norm for them.||Infrastructure is poor and old. The lift was not servicing floor#3 but it would service floor#4&5. |Considering the above limitation we should have been allotted a room on the floor serviced by the lift but we were given room on the third floor.||Never mind, the room was spacious and clean.||Both hot water and cold water was available in bathroom.||Room amenities:|LCD TV|SOFA|BED ( Mattress was comfortable) and bedsheets/blanket.|Wardrobe with hangers : Worst smelling wardrobe I have ever seen. Dear management please put cheap naphthalene balls in your wardrobe if you still plan to provide low cost accomodation.|Chair|Electric kettle - no cup or tea/coffee sachet. No water bottle !|Glass|Bathroom had soap, moisturiser, shampoo and handwash.|Window a/c : The a/c managed to cool the room at the price of sound it made.|Ceiling fan too made sound explicitly asking for some maintenance.|Dental kit was not provided ( no tooth brush no tooth paste )|WiFi was not provided.||Areas of improvement:||1. The hotel is big and I am sure not all the rooms would have been occupied. Kindly alot only those room which are serviced by the lifts. Please inform at the time of booking if there is any infrastructure upgrade.||2. Kindly service the a/c and fans at regular intervals.||3. As a basic etiquette, please provide 1 water bottle per person on a per day basis for room occupancy . |You may provide small Rs.10/- bottle also. This is the norm :)||4. Kindly put odonil/naphthalene balls in wardrobe, washrooms. |If you don’t want to put in all rooms, please put while giving keys of the room. Napthalene balls are really cheaper!||5. WiFi is inexpensive these days and most of the hotels offer this as complementary, nevertheless it’s upto you how to manage this area of providing “complementary services” to the customers.||The hotel location is good and the staff is also pleasant. Just few areas to give attention and this hotel would be worth...

Read moreI have been to this place couple of days before . It was a stay near to my fiancé house . I recommend it but it was a biggest mistake I did though first of all people over here doesn't know what they are telling . Unmarried couple are not allowed if so is the case why don't u put a security concern in every bit of room secondly ,when u walk down to restaurant as soon u sit before u see the menu the fellow from the restaurant start prompting you out for some or the other things . Which is very distressed as u doesn't think as well what to eat till that point of time . No doubt rooms were good but to an old era texture . My fiancé and my kid was too there one day and we have to sit on the lobby as couples can't enter . So please I would suggest as being an hotelier I work for a dame hospitality if this is the case you people are thinking on society than better operate banquets and restaurant don't sell rooms . As every day a family of bunch of kids won't be your customer you might end a solo customer as well and regardless some day they miss out order as well in room service .last but not least the staff in reception are bogus as they did check in under my father name and thanks to myself I saw it, open up your eyes ur registration card is there to show the details hope u tame what u mean to as per...
