Yea its good n nice. Why i have given it 3 stars because, when there is a 3 rows for order, i have stand in 1st row for 20 mins, when my number came, i ordered my food & given him card for payment, he said "no sir, its cash line, i said where u have written? He said here sir" 🤣 i said its so small printout & it has been hide under the people standing in the row !! Then he transfered my order in card payment line & again i have to wait there, then my order has been placed. Anyways...i just want to tell u that, management should display there order row's signage from the roof, so that customer got to know where they should stand. Rest is fine. Bathrooms are little bit dirty, waiters are also very loose in working, i had to inform that, clean my table so that my family could able to sit there. My experience with this McDonald's outlet was VERY BAD. On 25th June 2023, I order a meal and paid for the same using Paytm scaning their QR code. From my side the payment was shown as complete and the amount was also debited from my bank account but their was some issue from their side as the were saying that they didn't recieved the payment. I showed my phone to the lady who was taking orders and she said you'll get the refund within 2 hours and she was very rude to me as if I was asking her a free meal. Seeing her reluctance to listen my situation I contacted the manager who assured me that the refund will be processed within 4-5 working days. Today is 9th July and still there is no sign of me getting my money back. Also I am not a resident of Nagpur that's why I took manager's number but now he is also not responding. I have never expected this kind of service from a company like Mcdonald's. VERY...
