Moksh - The Restrolounge — Restaurant in Nagpur

It was nearly the end of the day for me in nagpur and it was dinner time. Looking up on Zomato for a decent restaurant led me here. We were really mesmerised with ambience, the music was good and I had started to enjoy it and my company. We were really hungry and were craving for something Italian so we asked if we could get a lasagne which was not listed on the menu to the management. And the manager told us that the chef could make us some, this really pleased us. Although what we didnt see coming was disastrous service. Also, the pasta sheets were overcooked and so was the chicken mince. I called the manager to tell him about the lasagne and the only thing he did about it was just stand there making a horrendous face as he walked away. There was no service recovery for us. We were very disappointed and in a bad mood, still hungry. So we played safe and ordered dal Tadka and jeera rice. Yet again to our disappointments, the dal had a burnt flavour and the Tadka was not upto the mark as well. The basmati jeera rice were draining of oil instead of ghee. they have the most unprofessional staff i would have ever faced in a restaurant. i was on a nice date and was expecting a lot but moksh managed very properly to spoil it. It was around 2:30pm when we entered the restro. the staff memeber seemed to be in an extreme hurry to close the place i suppose. i asked them to serve some tandoor in starters which they denied saying that they dont have the tandoors available and we were kinda okay and orderd something else which was indeed not good in taste at all we even returned the soup we ordered BUT the next spolier moksh offerd us was by saying that their chef is ill and they will not take orders for the main course. i was literally too shocked to hear this because this was just too unprofessional. They clearly supposed to tell us this prior to taking our orders. i mean seriously were we supposed to find some other restaurant for the main course ?but indeed we had to leave the restaurant and head home. you guys managed veryy well to spoil it. such a waste if time and WASTE OF MONEY. *if people are planning to go moksh for lunch time i would suggest...

Pathetic service, had to wait forever to get our orders even at 30% capacity. Had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like spoon and tissue paper. Waiters are trained to recommend you upgraded options in cocktails without informing you about the price difference. When confronted about the same, they argue and expect us to remember prices of all the liquors in the menu card and do not accept they were at fault of not informing the price difference. 1 scoop of mayoneese is charged at 100Rs when requested additionally with a starter
