This restaurant in Nagpur has been there for more than 10 years now. And I've been here for so many times in the past 10 years. Every time I visit I see a downgrade. First of all it's located in a very congested place where you absolutely don't have any parking space. There is valet parking but the guy in there absolutely destroyed our front side of the car, I will post the picture also. The service is absolutely bogus and I don't understand what the food tasted like, sometimes salty sometimes no taste at all. The overall experience is really disappointing. They won't even clear the plates on table. This is so disgusting. The manager over there is so careless. He listens then wanderers from here and there. We had to tell them that food is taking long then he brings the food. Omg what a stupid of us to be there.

I asked the person to serve the birthday cake as a surprise. But that got spoiled because he took half an hour to bring it. I had to tell them about thousands of times then when they came to serve the cake in the cake plate. Also the happy birthday song was not played. The food was delayed. The overall experience is a trauma because of the car bumper broken.

I would never ever in my life visit this place. I hope you take care of your vehicles in case you visit. I was absolutely in a hurry so I wasn't able to notice the crash bumper. Review for Naivadyam, Nagpur

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Naivadyam in Nagpur. From the moment we arrived, we felt judged based on our appearance. The treatment we received from the staff, especially the manager, was nothing short of appalling.

When we asked if we could get Pithla Bhakar, a traditional Maharashtrian dish, the manager rudely responded, "Aisa kuch nahi milta yaha" (We don't serve that here). He further insulted us by saying, "Order karne ke pehle price dekh lijiye" (Check the prices before ordering). When we questioned why he made such a statement, he arrogantly replied that he thought to warn us about the high prices.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. When we pointed out that this was not the right way to talk to customers, the manager's response was, "You can go to another hotel then." His demeanor was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, and it created a very unpleasant scene.

I have never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful service in any hotel. I urge the management to look into this matter seriously. Treating customers with basic respect and courtesy is fundamental in the hospitality industry.
