SALT - all day Brew — Restaurant in Nagpur

This would have been a 1 star if the food wasn't good, Beer is not Cold enough, service can be improved, and very specially the Vibe. The Vibe was very shady bar types even though there were a good number of females but because of the servers, the staff and the music it felt very much like a bar. Even my server Aakash had a drink or two which he and the manager did not agree with for obvious reasons!

They offer 2+1 Beer as weekdays deal and 30% off but it's a disclaimer and a false advertising! My bill was above 3.5K for 3 people but they did not agree to give 30% off which they have written on the board just outside the entry.

Moreover they do not accept Zomato on drinks even though Zomato has not mentioned any of it which is very misleading. Suggest to set your expectations well, and go for only food, drinks are just not worth it!

Beer - 2 Star ( Well brewed but they lack to serve you at a chill temperature) Food - 4 Star ( Compliments to the chef's and kitchen crew) Ambience - 1 Star ( Like mentioned above, very shady bar types Vibe) Service - 2 Star ( Kitchen operations are very efficient but the servers and the manager are extremely bad at their job and can improve, just are not acceptably good)

I hate to write this but I had to after my experience.

I had gotten my friends from akola just for this new place.

The place was fully packed but "Sara" gave us a table for 4 after 10mins (on the 1st floor). We ordered some drinks and a starter first it was good and also came really fast. I was shocked at first to see the service.

Then we again ordered some drinks and after waiting for 45mins and asking the waiter multiple times he had no clue about my order, then we made up our mind and thought of leaving as soon as we went down to pay the bill this lady was like we are so sorry your order went to some other section.

She then gave us a table on the group floor right in front of the bar counter.

The only good thing about this place is the ambiance, Service needs improvement.

Food was also okayish the portion was not. We ordered this pasta but without the bread the Waiter was like bread is coming, it came but till that time pasta was over. Idk I don't feel like going here again.

Writing this review so that anyone may find this helpful, do visit other places like OHNO if you're looking for some similar kind of experience but OHNO...

The service was simply outstanding. Our attendant, Wasam, deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to ensure every part of our experience was flawless. His attentiveness, warm demeanour, and genuine care for our comfort made all the difference. He anticipated our needs, was quick to respond to any requests, and truly elevated our evening with his superb hospitality.

The food was delicious, complementing the impeccable service, and every dish was a delight. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the portion sizes, which could be a bit more generous to match the rich flavours. We also tried some of the new flavors of craft beer, and they were fantastic— a refreshing, creative addition to the menu.

This restaurant is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time....
