Taste of the food was good not great.. Starters are very costly.. We ordered corn de kabab.. Rate is 275 and only four kite shaped kabab were served to us..

I'm editing my review guys.. After the first visit I thought I should give it a second chance but I was so so wrong.. Instead I was left embarrised in front of my guests.. We ordered a sizzler worth ₹370 and they gave me a katori cooked rice some panner veggies and very less BBQ sauce.. Looking at the sizzler I was very disappointed..later I thought at least it will taste good but it tasted awful.. The rice was half cooked , paneer was not fresh and the veggies too were underdone.. It was a total waste of money.. We even ordered virgin mojito but they served us nimbu pani with few mint leaves.. To my shock the bill for two was ₹800 and this was the cost for a total bad bad lunch 😤😤 Service was pathetic.. I told the waiter to please at least serve the sizzler but he straight forward said no.. He said he can't serve it as it was too hot.. 😰😰 totally pathetic experience.. I will never ever in my life recommend this rubbish restraunt.. 😡 These are some of the pictures from my two visits.. The green liquid is paan shots and these are complimentaty they serve you this after dinner lunch.. The glass you can see in first picture is of virgin mojito.. Yess it's the duplicate mojito...

I recently visited Amaira Restaurant yesterday night, and unfortunately, my experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. While the service was impressively fast, the quality of the food and the overall experience left nothing much to be desired.

Firstly, the food was average. I noticed that a lot of artificial food coloring was used, which I personally did not appreciate. It detracted from the natural flavors and made the dishes less appealing. The sizzler, in particular, was not good at all. It lacked the rich flavors and freshness that I expected. Cottage cheese was tasting bitter.

The service, though quick, was marred by an unpleasant encounter with one of the waiters. When we pointed out that he was spilling food items and asked him to be more careful, he responded with arrogance and backtalk - "Thoda to girega hi service karte samay. Additionally, few of the plates were not clean, which is unacceptable in any dining establishment.

Overall, my visit to Amaira Restaurant was disappointing. Despite the fast service, the average food quality, excessive use of food colors, and rude staff behavior made the experience unsatisfactory. I do not find it worth visiting this place again, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a pleasant...

So they serve only vegetarian food....their menu has Indian, Chinese and a few continental cuisine options....their soups had a very 90's restaurant vibe...which I personally loved....now coming to why I rated them 3 out 5....their service was miserably....almost like the waiting staff don't care about taking orders....I ordered a sphagetti in pesto sauce....they brought me a sphagetti in red sauce (more commonly known as the 'Arrabbiata' sauce)....on telling them that they brought the wrong order ...the serving staff answered that this is how its prepared here...on raising the issue with the captain he acknowledged the wrong order and told us that he'd replace it with what I ordered.....not a big deal I thought as the issue was resolved but to my surprise when they brought the replaced sphagetti in pesto sauce....it had a green color which is impossible in a pesto sauce...like a vibrant neon green...the kind you get when you use a green food color...and on tasting the sphagetti all my doubts were converted to certainty....so my replaced sphagetti was nothing but sphagetti in white sauce (aka alfredo) with a generous splash of green food color....the sphagetti had no taste of pesto or basil whatsoever. The rest of my order was pretty...

This is my one of the favorite places in Nagpur but recently it got destroyed by the manager (the person wearing glasses). The incident happens like we have gone out for the dinner @ amaira and there was waiting which was ok,after 15 mins we got our table(didn't have napkins and other and this manager came (first of all never ever go with his recommendation at all we did this mistake but you don't).So there was 1 stater and then main course, the panner stater (which contains salad and green chutney)got delivered like 20 min after, it was served cold salad and chutney was not given. Then we first report this to the manager ( with glasses) he didn't care left our table without saying anything then we report this to other staff ( in right pic) he quickly took the stand and did the right things. Now comes the main course which was also served by the manager (dish-Amrisari paneer which was mentioned spicy),We got delivered the dish and we have a dought so we cross check with other staff and I was right we got wrong this it was malia panner we were so angry now that we have cancelled all the rest of the dishes.the end Conclusion - never get serviced form this manager (in left pic)

A great fine dining option for vegetarians. This place is very big with a good amount of sitting options. They have separate space for a small party too. The ambiance is chic and the atmosphere is very good. We started with 5 treasure soup, which is a blend of 5 different vegetables, and it was really good. Cheese garlic toast was very soft and cheesey, a great treat for garlic bread lovers. In the main course we tried peshawari paneer and it did not disappoint us a bit, the taste is very good. Dhaba daal was another great dish, a bit spicy but delicious. We opted for onion kulcha, and it was very soft and tasty, lacha paratha was a bit overcooked and could have been better. And to our surprise they provided us with paan shots at the end, which tasted exactly like pann and it was a good way to finish the meal. Overall the place is great, staff is friendly, but the service can improve a bit. Also the place is slightly expensive, but it's worth a try.

Amaira Restaurant, located in the heart of Civil Lines, Nagpur, offers a mixed dining experience. Upon entering, I noticed that the floor was unfortunately dirty, which immediately affected my first impression. The ambiance is quite average, lacking the flair or uniqueness that one might expect from a top-tier establishment. However, the food truly stands out and is the highlight of the visit. Each dish was delicious, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen. Special mention must go to their signature drink, the Panshot, which was an absolute delight. This innovative beverage is a must-try and alone makes a visit worthwhile. In summary, while the cleanliness and ambiance at Amaira Restaurant need improvement, the exceptional food and standout Panshot drink make it a notable spot in Nagpur's dining scene.
